I’ve been going to this location for years & it used to be hit or miss, but since they’ve changed the management up recently I’ve noticed it’s hot fresh food and my orders are right every time! The female manager Ms.Garza is very nice and friendly and corrects any mistakes immediately. I’m glad to see management has become more efficient.
You just can't go wrong with Bill Mills, this location specifically though is absolutely phenomenal! They get busy as heck but the line is steady moving, always hot food, and a clean dining room. Great job 👍🏻👏🏻
Do not do the drive thru this time of year. The girls working there have zero customer service. They say it is a 5 minute wait and park you. My receipt says i paid at 4:28 p.m., and it's now 4:46. They don't apologize either. I don't expect excellence, but common courtesy is expected. Tell me if it's closer to a 20-minute wait, and apologize for the delay. Is that too much to ask? Okay, rant over. Bye.
