First things first, the Gm Lorenzo was so unprofessional, and that's an understatement. He needs coaching or something that might want to help him treat his paying customers better.
I'm not a Karen, by the way, and never have been. I used to work at store #1 for a few years under an amazing team and my GM was the reason why I wanted to be in management because of how he prioritized his customers, his staff and the quality of the food leaving the kitchen. He was so loyal to his customers and did whatever to fix whatever mistake was made, period. As a GM or any manager should. The customer is always right, my friend!
I'll post the dry strips that Lorenzo said he temp checked before they were handed to me. I waited 15 minutes for my food just to get strip jerky, and not 1 time was anything on the line or chicken table temp checked while I was waiting for my food. Then I called him to get it fixed, and he said and I quote he would only refund 1 order unless we left to return the food to the store because no one has complained all day and its been so slow. Based on how dry the chicken was, I can definitely tell. They were slow. So I left my hotel where my family and I were staying for a little stay cation just so this man can refund me 2 #4s when I origionally ordered 3 #4s with extra strips. Then he lied and said I was lucky to get a refund cause strips were missing. Luckily, i took pictures. What made me upset is that he was so smug and had a smile on his face the whole time he kept telling me no to whatever I said. I have never dealt with such disgusting behavior in my life, especially from bill millers. I honestly felt like it was a joke to him, but more than anything that my complaint was a joke. I did not feel heard at all, and he was determined not to give me what i was asking for even though I was right. He lied, screwed me out of my food and money... He needs to get written up, or he needs coaching cause that man is not GM material. I literally cried cause he just kept saying no. We hadn't eaten all day. He literally ruined my entire day. Im so nice to everyone and remained respectful just to be treated like that in return, which was hard to deal with. Please, Bill Miller, reach out. Something needs to be done about this, please.

Would rate this a 0 if I could. What kind of tenders are these?
I love Bill Miller's. I always get the #4 and ask for my chicken and fries to be extra crispy and ranch instead of gravy. The number of times they "forgot" make my food crispy and the number of times they *forgot*to put ranch in the bag are too many to count. Now I just wait til I receive my order, and ask for an extra serving of ranch, cuz 9 times outta 10, it's not in the bag. Then I take my food to go and cook it in my airfryer when I get home

The prices and quantities are good! BBQ sauce is more tart and runny than I like. Sides are yummy, but ribs have often been dry. Fried chicken is good , but can find better.

Went for 2 bean and cheese tacos. Looked like a smear of beans on a tiny tortilla. Payed 50 cents for extra cheese and did not get it. Bill millers has gone down hill folks. People are paying for the name. Quality has gone down, portions gone down, this whole chain is going

This is the third time I stopped for morning tacos. This Bill Miller's is the longest drive-thru,I always have to wait. If you ever going to stop here make sure you have extra time to wait on the employees taking their sweet time
I have given this Bill Miller's many chances. I ordered a lean brisket sandwich several times and I get fat on the edges with a few meat pieces on my poor boy. Fries were cold and hard too. The fried chicken seemed to be reheated and not freshed. Their crew are so young and rude, plus the managers that are in charged are not professional in directing their staff.
Now I need to go out of my way to another Bill Miller's since this Bill Miller's are not good with their service and food.

I drove in thinking it would be quick trip to get soup. Bill Millers is usually on top of the Togo line. They were not today. I ordered a quart of soup. I received a pint. Instead of getting in right then and there they asked if I would pull in the wait line. It was another ten minutes before the brought out the quart of soup. The person taking orders was nice and friendly but the cashier was not nice or friendly. Just wanted to move you on without saying Thank you.

If I can give this store location zero stars I would. This is to inform leadership of customer service at this location. I was there Monday late morning and service was terrible. Not as busy for staff to ignore and not follow up on customers standing there trying to get one’s attention. I asked a lady from drive thru while she was standing there about an order and she turned around and walked to the back where I can still see her and nothing was done. Other staff just looked at me and seemed annoyed that I was asking how much longer, them they hide behind the food service counter as if nobody is there, never came back to acknowledge to give me a response. Manager seemed to be walking around as well not a care in the world. Two other customers asking for a food item and they responded it was going to be an hour wait so they just didn’t order. What is happening to put food chain restaurants nobody looks happy to work anymore. A girl named Priscilla got there for her shift as I was still waiting and she happily greeted everyone was ready to work, started ordering food from the back, asking how much longer, taking orders right away and staff still wouldn’t even greet her back or nothing. I was there approximately 25 minutes waiting on a simple order for take out as if it was forgotten. I’m sorry for the long description but something needs to change at this store. And I never leave reviews, I refuse to return to this location.
This Bill Miller's there wasn't a serving line. Everything was taken to the to go register. The person taking orders was very helpful. I'm trying to get the attention of workers while at the table, which was I did not get the to go order I had planned.

Consistently poor service through the drive thru. Waited 20 minutes for underfilled cold tacos. This wasn't the first time which is the reason for the review. Why does it take 10-15 minutes per car in the morning when people have to go to work? Also y'all got some chipotle level discrepancies happening with the taco filling going on.
