Things have really changed at this Bill Miller and not in a good way. The employees seem to be a bunch of inept new hires who appear not to like working here. I don't know if management has changed or if it something was pushed down from corporate since the lawsuit about the hot BBQ sauce. It is really noticeable. They really don't seem to care about the customers and reflect in their interactions. They almost seem annoyed if you ask them for things like.plasticware or sweetener. I don't what happened but it sure isn't the Bull Miller of once long ago.
This Bill Miller used to be great and service was friendly. Things have gone downhill and the new manager comes off as a bit of a jerk. It i still ok just not as great as it used to be.not sure if this is the post pandemic situation.

I purchased the #4, chicken tenders through the drive thru, I asked that I not be given small pieces and was still given small pieces. The food made me sick for the rest of the day. I don't know if it was the gravy or the chicken that made me sick.

I had breakfast delivered from Bill Miller. My bacon & egg taco was good. The bacon was nice & crispy. I also ordered pancakes. The stack of 3 pancakes were really good! But note to self order additional syrup. And ask for butter!

I paid $6 for two trash tacos. The serving portion was worse than taco cabana, and the supposedly "Marbled brisket" taco, which is supposed to be more jucy, was dryer than beef jerky. On top of that, instead of giving me something like bbq sauce for the brisket, they gave me strawberry jam. Who eats strawberry jam with brisket?! Would never buy from them again.

Brisket taco and carne guisado taco will leave you very hungry. Staff is obviously not measuring before filling a taco, or worse, they are measuring and have chosen to completely underfill. I wish I had taken a photo to share. My last trip to Bill Miller's for a long while.

Me and my wife went to this bill Miller's. And before we had even paid, the manager had apparently had people start working on our order, which would not have been a bad thing. Except we changed our mind and decided to share the bill Miller breakfast. When we decided to change our order, the manager complained that they had already started making all the food. That was previously on the screen (not yet actually ordered), which I pointed out was very stupid. What if we would not have been able to pay. The bad attitude threw us off and was not appreciated. The moral of the story, do not actually say what you're thinking unless it's actually what you're going to get. Otherwise, you will get a bad attitude.
They never called name so my order just sat on the counter. I see the girl walking asking people if it's their food but she never come to our side. My grandson goes to ask if it's ours he gets ignored. A manager comes to front and starts walking w tray to our table I asked why didn't they call my name she said they did, but you weren't even up here so you don't know. No apologies just walks away after I tell her if anything is cold in having them remake it. Took back the sausage poor boy cold af and fries and hashbrowns and basically they wait and give me back same cold food. So I got a refund. Worst manager ever a huge lady she probably ate the food. No apologies and all attitude because she served cold food.
