After getting home and ordering 5 meals we requested ranch, we called to see if we can go back and after speaking to the manager his response was "well its just ranch". My kids love bill millers ranch and we not be ordering from this location again.

As I said before no one beats bill millers they are the best with the
Manager was very sloppy must be why staff is rude and unprofessional as well. I had asked for sweet tea for both me and my mom. The lady gave us unsweetened tea so I kindly asked for our drinks to be changed. And the manager and register lady made it seemed like I was an inconvenience (the store was not busy). Then the staff in the back were saying (she should get sugar packets if she wants sweet tea) and they were laughing about it. Then the worker gave me my drinks and mocked me saying (is that better ??)I know food service can be tough. But the way the staff handle their little mistakes makes me question how they handle other mess ups they do in the store. Gross performance. Hopefully it can be better resolved with more training.

Went today & ordered a #4 with a slice of pie. Guy in front of me ordered ONE CHOP SANDWICH. We both waited 20 minutes for our food while the packager on front line just talked and laughed with her coworkers. He talked to me and told me he saw the line and figured he’d come inside for a faster service & I told him how I did the same being I had to be to work in 15 minutes (my job is 2 minutes away) . After him asking ab his order, and them making it on the spot bc somehow they forgot, the manager finally asked what I was waiting for just for my order to have been sitting on the counter for the past 10 minutes already bagged. Not to mention when I got to work I didn’t get my ranch that I ordered. I worked at bill millers store #56 for 4 years and I know first hand how unacceptable that was. Highly disappointed.

I order food with my husband. They brought his food but didn’t bring my ranch out for my fries. I asked the lady for it when she dropped the food off. They then sent another worker over telling me they didn’t charge me for the ranch and it was going to be another $1.08 for the ranch. How is it my fault I clearly asked for the ranch and she repeated back to me but then refused to give it to me. I asked to speak to the manager and she was super rude to me saying we have to charge our customers for the food. How is me ordering it sitting down and expecting what I ordered not paying for my food. I will never go back to this location and I hope they hire better workers who aren’t so rude.
