Best Bill Miller I've never been to! Poor boy was awesome, unlike other locations where it's mostly fat & tough. Only thing is nothing fried so no french fries I had to get potato salad but that was a good trade off for the poor boy. I almost lost my faith in Bill Miller but this location restored it. Really friendly staff made it an enjoyable trip. Thank you. ?it
The brisket was tender, and the Mac-n-cheese and green beans were good. The barbecue sauce was tomato-based, which is different from the golden mustard-based stuff I'm used to from Georgia. It was good, but not my favorite (perhaps a little thin). The real star of the show, though, was the dessert. The pecan pie was fantastic. Bill millers is the most consistent restaurant I've seen. It doesn't matter what side of town I'm at or who I'm with, it's always busy, friendly, and delicious. For BBQ "fast food" it's a spot I wish I could go to more often, but the cost and time always keeps me away. But then again, it is in fact worth it when I do decide to eat here. The only thing I would recommend, is a rewards system for repeat customers. I would more than likely come more often.
