This location was so unbelievably rude
The manager and the little girl at the window with the worst attitude ever, all we asked at the window was for pickles and bbq sauce she doesn’t say not one word, closes the window on us so I get down and asked the manager herself for the same thing and she has a ugly face on her with her entire energy so I say YALL ARE SO RUDE, she says thank you and I say smile and have a good day.
Please don’t go here if you want a good service, it’s ridiculous to even have to get down to ask for something so simple

A Sanctuary in a Moment of Crisis:

My Unexpected Bill Miller's Experience
Sometimes, necessity dictates our detours. My recent stop at Bill Miller's wasn't for their renowned fried chicken or sweet tea, but for a far more primal, urgent need. What unfolded was an unexpectedly profound, albeit slightly disturbing, encounter with what I can only describe as a porcelain oasis.

The human body is a marvel of biological engineering, a complex system of inputs and outputs. Yet, even the most finely tuned machine can encounter moments of overwhelming demand. It was in such a moment that I found myself on an emergency trajectory toward the nearest public restroom, and by sheer serendipity (or perhaps, intestinal fate), that happened to be a Bill Miller's.

Upon entering, the sense of dread that had been building quickly dissipated, replaced by a wave of relief. The restroom was immaculately clean, a stark contrast to the visceral internal struggle I was experiencing.

The pristine condition of the facilities – the shining fixtures, the absence of detritus, the crisp, almost clinical air – spoke volumes. It suggested a level of care and attention to detail that, frankly, felt almost disquieting given the raw, unglamorous purpose of my visit. It was a sterile, comfortable environment perfectly suited for a moment of intense, unavoidable biological release.

The experience served as a stark reminder of the often-unseen infrastructure that supports our daily lives, and the quiet dignity that can be found even in the most fundamental human acts.

So, while I can't speak to the menu, I can unequivocally say that for those moments when nature calls with an undeniable urgency, Bill Miller's offers a surprisingly clean, comfortable, and, in its own way, profoundly disturbing sanctuary. It's a place where the most primal human need can be met with an almost unsettling level of civility and spotlessness.

it was so nice!!! went here after going out with a friend and it was honestly so cozy and calm. The people in the cashier were so nice and the cast open seating is always so comforting to me. My friend got a chicken strip combo and once his gravy ran out they gave him extra gravy for free!! and it was hot too!! I got the crispy chicken sandwich alone and it was so so yummy. Definitely recommend!!

The establishment was very hot inside. All the ceilings fans were off I requested for them to be turn on that it was too hot. They turned them on then off again. I told them the chicken was warm and dry they offered to cook more but it would take 20 minutes. I said didn't have that time to wait. I just don't understand why the place was so hot when it hot outside. Just to think the employees in the back sweating and sweating all over food. You are better than this Bill Miller's. SMH

Ive ordered numerous times and had it delivered. This visit was very disappointing. I ordered chicken strip meal and there was a hair in it . I only received 5 french fries in my meal. I'm not sure what's going on with this location. The quality of the food and serving size has changed drastically.

I picked up pancakes Friday morning. They were awesome. If you have not tried them you need to. They are better than I-Hop pancakes. The cashier is also very nice she knows me by my name already. I have been going there for some time every Friday morning about 8:00 am just for pancakes.

Brisket had good smokey flavor, well rendered fat, and was nicely tender. Pork ribs were exceptional and perfectly smoked. All the sides I tried (coleslaw, potato salad, Mac and cheese) were also surprisingly good. Awesome spot to get a fairly inexpensive fixing of BBQ. Also, their lemonade is out of this world. I have no idea why it's as delicious as it is, but it's the best I've ever had in my entire life. Stop by for lemonade if nothing else.
