I ordered and paid for a portion of brownies. When the staffer handed the bagged plate to me, I asked her if the brownies were in there and she said "yes". I usually pull over and check the items before I drive away because something is usually missing. My mistake was believing that they got the order right this time. This happens almost regularly at this Bill Miller's location. So, lesson learned; next time I'll take my business elsewhere.
