Food service and greeting is all good. But atleast half the times I have visited. I got home with a incomplete order. Tickets always read correctly, but somehow the server fails to read the print. Maybe the letters on tickets need to be bolder and bigger.

Well, once again I have to tell it! Purchased two-piece fried chicken, potato salad, and beans! First of all, the service was super! Smiles, greetings, and caring was given to each of us as customers; however, the two drumsticks of chicken I was given were "freezer burnt", hard, and not tasty at all. Listen y'all, I have been blessed to be on this earth for 74 yrs, thank the good Lord! And have cooked for many years, so therefore I know when food has not been prepared correctly; I could have brought it to someone's attention, but had to get back to taking care of business. The potato salad and beans were great! Bill Miller's, please check your products before preparing them ! It only takes a moment to show that you care! Y'all have a wonderful, and blessed day! Went through the drive thru ordered some rice and beans and a sausage paid 15 dollars pints the rice was dry beans were spoiled and sausage was dry to not juicy but what upset me was that they kept insisting that the beans were good they had a spoil taste and the smell was as bad too I’ve worked at restaurants before and you can’t have beans on the steamer for a long time what ever happen to quality prices went up but quality went down

I always come for breakfast pretty often and they always do a great job. The manager is pretty nice and seems to know what he's doing. The dining room is very clean and is tended to often. The only complaint I have is the bathroom. (At least the men's bathroom) I saw a little bit of graffiti in the stall and some grime as well. I understand that it is a bathroom but it just needs a deep clean.

This location on San Pedro by SAC has to be the worst Bill Miller restaurant in San Antonio. Kinda cluttered with tables and half of them are dirty. You have to order your food where the takeout is even though I'm eating in dinning room. There's an 18inch metal bowl where you can get your pickle onions and it looks dirty. Don't even provide utensils to get the onions. The manager is a small woman with glasses and she don't care what you think. Totally unacceptable attitude. The food presentation was terrible as well. I don't expect top notch but at least make the portions look like your pictures you're providing on your menu. Avoid this location at all cost. My experience with Bill Miller is 98% very good. This is one is dumpy and I remind myself why I don't come to this location.
