You never know the quality of tortilla you will get when you order a taco. Most times the tortillas are undercooked and cold. This time I had a burnt one and a doughy one. Terrible customer service in the drive thru.

They tell you to park for 4 minutes and make you wait 10 just for them to give you nasty cold fries and half cooked food. Ridiculous. Bill millers went to crap after the lawsuits.

I stop here often. The only small issue was with the turkey meal. They didn't off more common sides that one would have with it and even though I asked for extra gravy....it seems as if they did the opposite.

First visit to a bill Millers in 17 years. Chopped brisket sandwiches flavorless. Couldn't find onions or pickles. Handcut fries ok. Cherry small serving ok. Seems everybody was enjoying the fried chicken which looked great. Service was super and attentive. The fellow bussing tables was friendly and doing a wonderful job cleansing tables and sweeping floor. Next time will try the chicken for sure.
