I LOVE Bill Miller BBQ! Although I am from San Antonio, I am a Flight Attendant, based in Houston, so I am rarely home in San Antonio to visit one of my FAVES! Their BBQ is GREAT, their sides are AWESOME, and they have the BEST Sweet Tea in Texas!And, let's not forget that each Holiday Season they offer FANTASTIC Holiday Meals, with ALL the sides! Houston needs Bill Miller BBQ!!!
Dear Bill Millers, If you're not going to serve a decent salad, just take it off the menu. I went to BM and order at the drive through. I order a salad for $6.00. I specifically ask the drive through guy to please make me a good salad like old times. He assured me he would give me a good salad. (Meaning a salad with lettuce, cheese bacon, tomatoes and cucumbers) like old times. Drive up to the window and the guy handed me my salad. I stayed in the drive through just to check and long behold he gave me a weak salad again. I asked him for a different salad and he told me he needed to speak with his manager first. He came back 2 minutes later with another weak salad but this time He gave me a container of cheese. huh. I just drove off with salad and I'm sitting here hungry, still. Do yourself a favor BM. Just stick with tacos.

Chicken sandwich is all crust now. All bill miller's locations have gone downhill with their chicken. If it ain't broke don't fix it. Yall were doing great now the tenders or chicken sandwich is all crust. Highly dissatisfied threw my lunch away and am still hungry but out of time. This isn't the first time its happened, finally decided to voice my opinion.

Food was good, staff was friendly, but please for the love of all parents: PUT CHANGING TABLES IN YOUR RESTROOMS!!! BOTH OF THEM!!
Food is typical Bill Miller's, so it was good enough BBQ for when you aren't being picky. But staff at this location were kinda rude, which killed the atmosphere. Both men's and women's restrooms were trashed. This was at about 230 pm, so I understand it was during the afternoon prep for dinner/shift change, but the attitude was definitely not necessary.

Hello,I don’t usually have complaints about Bill Miller’s food and this is my first ever Google review. HOWEVER…The food took a while to prepare, which is okay IF it would’ve been hot. The French fries was BARELY warm! Also the marbled brisket was cut very thick and it was tough and not flavorful!It’s a blessing I didn’t get choked! I had to take so much of that brisket out of mouth and throw it away because it was so thick and tough.Basically all I ended up eating was bread with Bar B Que sauce on it. smh! ?
