Jessie the employee that was taking my order had an attitude the whole time and it was really uncomfortable even making eye contact because she was glaring so hard, they need more sociable people up front not someone that looks like they want to choke you out for walking into the wrong line by accident… The food is how it usually is, they always put pickles even if you say no pickles and they dont even fill up the container half way for the sides and will give you less meat than they’re supposed to because they dont feel like recutting another piece after dropping some from the order.

Prior visit allowed a customer to cut the line, and was informed about the words were soooo!! Contacted corporate no email no nothing just rude and unprofessional. Like the caution hot labels though as the staff here lack common.

Had to update the review the brisket always black and brown and tasted like a shoe def days old. Come on this is not the bill millers way I’ve ate here since a kid.
What in the actual crud. Payed 30 dollars for tacos that look like they were printed. Sadly we live in new Braunfels but I’ve never seen a bill millers down this bad. Plus they don’t even pay attention when you ask for help. Go to the one down the street it’s not even a mile farther. This was bottomest of barrels bill millers there’s no way any other one would be worse.

The food has slowly but surely gone downhill, the portions as well, while the prices have gone way up. They've never been able to figure out how to smoke chicken, terrible and dry. The brisket is still extremely good, so yeah.

I don’t think they’ve ever gotten my order completely right. This Bill Millers has probably been here since I was born and I’ve been going to it probably as long. But I’m finally fed up with this location and would rather drive across town than support this location if I get a Bill Miller craving. Waited in line 20 minutes, pull up and the guy says he accidentally gave my order to someone else but they will remake it. I park, go inside and six people are standing around doing nothing. No one acknowledges me standing there. I ask the guy at the window if anyone is making my order and he just looks at me without answering. I almost just gave up and let them keep my money. I finally get my order another ten minutes later, and it’s wrong. They try again, I give up and go home, look at what they gave me it’s still wrong! It’s ridiculous. 30 minutes to put meat on bread and hash browns in a cup and STILL not get that right is ridiculous. Keep in mind, they weren’t particularly busy, just particularly incompetent.

I went through drive thru to get some pinto beans, potato salad and pie for my 84 year old mother. The attitude of the boy at the window was rude ! We got home the beans tasted like they poured a pound of salt in them! I hardly don't go this location because the quality of food is awful and the crew they have working is rude !! They need to close this location down and fire that rude boy at the drive thru l. I'm going to make a complaint with corporate. Y'all eat here at your own risk

Veteran's Day. My father, an 80 yr old Veteran went in for his Veteran's Day lunch he decided to order to go because my mother didn't feel well and was charged at the to go counter. When he asked the girl at the register why he didn't get his Veteran's Day discount she flat out and rudely told him, "NO! That's for DINE IN ONLY!" She gets to work because he fought for our freedom only to be talked to like THAT, I almost swallowed my gum. That should have been honored or she could have asked a manager. Talk about embarrassing. I would have said something but another guy was yelling at the other girls because they served someone behind him in line first. Then our food was cold and they didn't give him his sides. Unbelievably awful service and terrible food. The floors were absolutely disgusting as well and covered in a thick film of slime. Get it together.
