When you come to this place, for some reason they seem to get the order wrong and it has happened more than three times. Biller Millers on rittiman rd is the worst place to eat. I do not recommend anyone going there. They served me a plate with lots of fat on it. The manager said that’s how the customer wants it. I’ve worked there as a meat slicer and never ever served less meat and mostly fat, it was disgusting. Very disappointing with the service and food!

Went thru drive thru and order a HALF BBQ CHICKEN! when I got home... my wife and I found 2 skinny dried up leg quarters! I called the manager she said half a chicken was their choice. I have always received white and dark. Half a dam chicken! The manager just stayed quiet once she told me it was their choice yo make. I feel cheated and hungry! WHAT THE HELL BILL!

We drove to this Bill Miller’s because it’s close to where we’re staying at currently. They made us pull up and wait for fries that ended up not being fresh. I ordered an apple pie that was wrapped in tinfoil…uh okay interesting. The fries we waited for? We’re luke warm. Probably won’t be back here unless we really hungry.

Bill Miller's BBQ is so good. I have been eating there for years since the eighties! Anytime I get back to San Antonio, I make sure to stop by for some of the best brisket in the world. Their sides are so good too. Oh, yesterday they had blueberry cobbler. I ate one there and took two to go! I can't remember ever doing that from anywhere else.
ordered a #1 combo and a #4 combo &1 jalapeño through the drive through. I like bill millers but this location is the worst location I've been to . the only good thing from our order was the sweet tea everything else was not . they forgot the condiments and my jalapeño. I also asked for extra lean on the #4 combo and the sandwich was full of fat with 2 strips of brisket attached . the chicken strips and fries are stale and super dry . needless to say we took a couple of bites and threw the rest out it was that bad . I called back and spoke with the manager on duty Briana Jones . I didn't want a refund I asked her if she could check the food leaving her the kitchen because it's not fair to go the rest of the day without eating lunch on my only break

I usually love Bill Millers and haven't had it in such a long time. I ordered 6 chop sandwiches and 1 number 9 crispy chicken sandwich meal. I loaded up my bad and went home. By the time I got home and opened the bag, 6 chop sandwiches were in there and NO CRISPY CHICKEN SANDWICH MEAL. I paid for it but it wasn't there. I'll definitely go back but I'm going to be a Karen and complain. I'm incredibly disappointed. This review asks me, "which dishes do you recommend?" The correct answer is one thats NOT FORGOTTEN! DUH!
