This was only the second time I have gotten food from a Bill Miller, and I hate to say but again I was not impressed. The brisket is good. But the BBQ beef is ok at best, mainly due to the BBQ sauce which in my opinion is not that good.

Arrived before they opened, was promptly served when they did.
First the drive thru line was long, decided to go inside to place my order. Big mistake, first they got my order wrong and when they tried to correct it they forgot about it I got back in line which was long and steal my order was not out by the time I got to the cashier to ask for a refund. It appeared it was the manager at the cash register but he did nothing other than just give me the refund but no apologies at the very minimum, one of the workers seemed like she was more concerned than the manager kudos to her wish I could have gotten her name.

We had the chopped brisket sandwiches the two sandwiches with fries and a drink for only $7 and change is good value. The food is inexpensive and overall doesn't taste bad. I did get the two-piece fried chicken and I will say that while the chicken was crispy, it had very little flavor and was somewhat Bland I probably won't get it again

The general manager Sanchez is extremely rude and sarcastic when an order was wrong. For a general manager to act careless for his restaurants mistakes and not accommodate the customer is embarrassing and sad.
Went to go get Pumpkin Pie (my favorite) and tacos.
Tacos are a hit and miss at Bill Miller's, always expensive, tough carne guisada, and cold tortillas.

The manager Ray needs to learn some customer service skills , he literally didn’t apologize or even really talk to me , he just barked orders at his worker to refund me and get me out of there . If the food sucks make it right , he doesn’t even try so I took my refund which is the 2nd time this month and won’t be back . Dried up chicken no meat all crust then 2 little dried up drumsticks smh , then nothing but sauce no meat in the carne guisada tacos smh . This store has gone downhill and quality, customer service aren’t there anymore . Maybe the manager is the reason , who knows . For the prices they charge the food just isn’t worth it anymore . A simple remake of the food would have been great but again Ray didn’t say one word to me and he looked really annoyed so I just won’t go back .

The food is always slapped together, over salted or stale fries. The tea is rarely fresh tasting and the employees seem half asleep or annoyed to be there.

This location is not consistent, Today's tacos were sad to say the least. Today was a miss rather than a hit. My carne gusada with cheese was just gravy and cheese in a tortilla, and this bacon and egg taco small and sad. We are still hungry.
