Worst salad ever! My salad didn't have any cucumbers and looked nothing like advertised. Bill Miller's, you can do better. You shouldn't go wrong with a salad.

They are very rude. I walked in to pick up a door dash order. The manager passed by and just looked me. Three workers passed and no one helped me. I waited patiently and finally one worked came in from outside and helped me. I will never return to this rude place. The manager herself is a bad example for doing that. No hello. No how can I help you

After years of not coming to this location for the poor customer service. I decided to give it a try and how is it my fault I didn’t get my full order? I asked politely & waited patiently. All I got was laziness, attitude & no words spoken to me from a little girl. I will not return to this location ever again! Employees, teenagers don’t want to work. So sad.

Well I got an apple pie which was stale and totally dry i believe it was an old pie so im taking it back I paid for it so I think I should of gotton a gd pie ,I also asked for a large gravy which I think they chged me for and git a sample gravy ...not happy
We were all together as family the food was so good..

Friday night stopped at Roosevelt location, I even requested the manager fill my order and they still forgot 2 things I ordered tired of having to call and tell manager about errors plus they made get out of the drive thru pull to the curb since they were busy the manager didn't even fill my order they also forgot my pie I asked the worker is my pie in the bag says yes I believe it is and another worker comes to the car with my pie asked for whip creme on the pumpkin pie that they offered they forgot that also! Wake BM's you charge to much to make this many mistakes this is the 4th time! I would have called the manager but it was after 8 pm didn't feel like going back for the missing items
Delicious food, unique in its field, if you travel to San Antonio you must eat the ribs in BBk sauce, they are a delight

Do the workers at Bill Miller know what the pieces of chicken are. I order dark at several locations. I'm charged extra for special order. I get white and dark meat, or just white meat. Do they pay attention or stupid!!

3 weeks in a row that this Bill Miller's has messed up a simple order of chicken strips. 1st time they didn't pack the gravy or jalapeño with the order. 2nd time they gave me a basket of fries no strips and no jalapeño again. 3rd gave me ranch instead of gravy and my strips were super cold. This place is horrible👎

Order was not correct and pumpkin pie was not sealed correctly. Pie spilled on to go bag. Went inside to complain and employee said it was not there problem.
