Was here yesterday and this was the more nicer b.m's that I have been to. Parking lot was clean and clutter free and employees were very hospitable all around. We had a small group of old work friends together so we tend to oversee small things and big things that remind us of everyday red flags of what to look for as far as restaurants go. It may sound awkward but we look at these things because it's usually a prelude to bad work habits. Here I couldn't find much. Clean and considerate and all employees in the mood to make for a very satisfying visit. Will definitely skip a few other B.m. locations to get to this one.

I literally go to a B.M. BBQevery single day sometimes even 2x a day, but this particular location has always had issues, either running out of food, waiting for food, but today I ask for 3pc chic. & tea refill the cashier wrung up my order as a combo#2 lg tea, which isn't what I ask her, she was very rude/dismissive. The mgr came out & I told her what I ask for she said they you charge for a 2nd refill dine in, whats the purpose of purchasing a mug if your gonna charge me 2x which has nvr happen. Every BM BBQ I go to NEVER charged me that mgr herself claims they have been doing so, but even she didnt charge me for a 2nd refill, so Im waiting for area mgr call, I will NOT be going back to store 28, ill take my business elsewhere. And when you receive bad service word of mouth gets around. And I once worked at this location for 9yrs, and I always gave excellent customer service. This location needs to do better. The service has gone down and the food is sometimes dry/not hot.

Greetings y'all. The service here in store #28 is great. The restaurant was clean and neat. The atmosphere was warm and comfortable. The food was less so. Surprisingly the side dishes were good yet the main course Entree was less flavorful. I ordered spare ribs with the sides of spanish rice, green beans, and macaroni and cheese. Spare ribs were not as good as the sides. My friend ordered the chicken tenders and fries with a 1/2 pound of brisket. He stated his fried were good yet tge brisket and chicken tenders were dry. I'd still eat here again since the employees were kind, professional, and polite. The sides were good and I'd give the main entrees another try.

The food quality is really taking a nose dive at this location! I use to be a regular but lately I've been left severely disappointed. I ordered the chicken strips with an extra gravy. I didn't get my extra gravy so I didn't have enough for my tenders. The tenders tasted like raw flour and the fries were cold and old. Honestly I hate throwing away food, but I couldn't really stomach it, and didn't even bother to finish eating. It wasn't just today either, it's been multiple times. It's why I stopped being a regular!

If you order from the drive through, you will have to repeat your order twice or three times. They are not the brightest order taker’s. Be patient I believe they are just slow.

It is what it is but not what it was. I had fried chicken and once I get past the crust the flavor is not in the meat. The chicken is jucy but spongy and lacking flavor. That's just my opinion. I'll go for the tea, yeah. Update: i figured out a solution. Now i add salt to my food. Perfect.👌

Me and my kids went to go eat there the food was messy my kids got sick from food poisoning because I got them the chicken tenders I myself got the two chops meal the chops were messy I wouldn't even want to give it to my dog I called the store back the guy spoke to his manager and they said there was nothing they can do about it not a good place to go eat if they're acting like that I would not recommend this place to anybody with that kind of environment
