Thr drive thru is very slow. I have been to multiple locations and this by far is the slowest. I am considering not stopping here any longer due to the slow line making me later to work.

I'm disappointed. I've been ordering some of their holiday catering offerings for several years w/o issue, until today.

I know it's a pretty hectic time for them, and they do a good job overall, but today when I picked up my order, 2 things disappointed me.

#1, I only ordered 6 quarts of raw dressing this time. However, a woman that came to pick up 5-7 mins after me was given her quarts before mine.

It's frustrating to see someone that's been waiting half the time you have, get part of your order that you've been patiently waiting for.

#2. My 6 quarts of raw, wet dressing were put in a PAPER bag. Weird, because I've gotten the canvas type bag other times , and saw others being given the canvas type bags with orders of the same side and even smaller.

As I was about to sit the bag on the counter, it started splitting due to the wetness of the 6 quartz of dressing.

They should double bag wet/moist items that have a high chance of leaking and/or disperse those items in the canvas bags like they usually do.

If I had had to walk any farther than my counter, the dressing would've been on and floor due the bag falling apart.

We went two times in four days last visit to San Antonio. It was delicious and we felt very relaxed and comfortable with the surroundings and especially with the staff.

I love the sauage and egg tacos, and the biscuits and gravy are Delicious!! Great Food!

I eat bill miller's 4 time of working week my friends make fun of me and they know where I'm going for lunch. But today of all the bills I've been too, never was i told only one refill on the tea and the cup was 3/4 full the cashier told she was going to do it this time but only one refill from here on. I didn't know bill miller's was going through hart times like us . It put a bad taste in my mind I just letf it there, this was a bad experience I've ever had anywhere. I spent $50.00 a week from this how sad.
