About a week ago late evening I went through the drive-thru placed my order. At the window I was told food was still being prepped so if I could pull up and park, someone would bring it out. Well 20 minutes go by and I still don’t have my food. I go inside and they tell me the food was taken to the wrong car. Pretty wild that there isn’t a system in place to identify the proper car to ensure food goes out accordingly. So they hand me my order and I was already a bit frustrated so much that I didn’t even get my drink. Part of that is on me for not realizing this and asking for it but then again their team did not make sure I had EVERYTHING. So as I was already on the highway I realized the issue and turned back around to get my drink. Just an overall poor customer service experience. I placed my order at 6:51PM by time all was done it was 7:41PM. Gotta do better team. 🤦🏻‍♂️ I did send a complaint via their site last week and haven’t heard back.

They really need to fix their outside intercom to take orders. I’ve been there 3 times within last month waiting for 10min for someone to take my order and the staff says that they didn’t know anyone was there

Visited this Bill Miller's the day after Christmas. It was a disappointment. Placed a $100 order only to get home and have an items missing even after asking several times while there. When I called to ask for a refund, I was told it could not be done over the phone. When I got to the establishment I asked for the refund but was told I could not have my item even for the inconvenience. I was told they could refund half the item but only give half the item and was then offered a pie, which was not any part of my order at all. This experience was unprofessional and the staff was inconsiderate even though it was their mistake causing my inconvenience. Horrible service. Food has no flavor, some items were too greasy while others were dry. Awful experience.

They charge so much for brisket and can’t even get the order right. I don’t like fat and ordered a poorly extra lean. Even says it on the receipt!! I feel like whoever prepped it thinks lean means more fat. Crazy how they always charging me correctly but 50/50 on accuracy of the order! If you live near by take the extra 7 min drive to go to the one on 1604 and 281.

Stick to chicken and bbq Bill Miller! I was cheated on my carne guisada. First of all it didn't taste like guisada and the taco was so small it's not worth the money! I'll go to Las Palapas next time!

Gloria is the embodiment of customer service. My husband and I travel for work full time, and I always love coming back home to San Antonio because no one does hospitality like we do. The comfort food was great, the music was spot on, and Ms. Gloria in particular was exemplary. Please give her a raise and have her train the new folks. 10/10 Will be back!

Our order was slightly wrong today and we called to explain, the manager on the phone was so kind and patient. He replaced our whole meal and everything was delicious . Thank you for correcting our order. We will be back.

Off the Chicken tenders looked more like chicken fingers , 1 breadt cut up in 5 skinny slices and the gravy was watered down . Do better bill miller's do better .

Very long wait. Brisket was overly fatty with hard black back which was tough. Tried to contact their main office which was a joke since it go straight to voice mail during business hours. Next day finally got thru but no remorse for lack of service or food quality. Nor was any attempt to make good on it. Instead, was told they would view the camera and call back. That never happened.

A young man by the name of Andrew had the best personality and was very helpful! He made sure that my order was right upon delivering to my vehicle, he had to be one of the most nicest kids I’ve met at an establishment in a while. Somebody at this Bill Miller’s needs to know that he’s an awesome addition to this location. The Brisket I ordered was nice and warm when I got it and once I unwrapped it and tried it, it was friggin delicious! 😋 5 stars from me today for sure… I’ll definitely be back 💯

After paying I was told to pull to a spot in the front of the building and wait for only 3 BEAN AND CHEESE!! That was my whole order if I had to wait for bean and cheese I would’ve went somewhere else

I came in to eat, Very busy. However the staff was Great, it seemed very unorganized. My food was just ok. I had to wait on my fried chicken sandwitch. It's was ok to wait. I just think the quality of the food has changed in a not good way. I will come back. Quality over Quantity!!

I ordered a soup & potato combo. Soup had 2 pieces of meat & rice wasn't even fully cooked. Potato was dry, the butter, sour cream & cheese that it came with smelled sour🤢. Get it together Bill!!
