Gloria is the embodiment of customer service. My husband and I travel for work full time, and I always love coming back home to San Antonio because no one does hospitality like we do. The comfort food was great, the music was spot on, and Ms. Gloria in particular was exemplary. Please give her a raise and have her train the new folks. 10/10 Will be back!
Our order was slightly wrong today and we called to explain, the manager on the phone was so kind and patient. He replaced our whole meal and everything was delicious . Thank you for correcting our order. We will be back.
A young man by the name of Andrew had the best personality and was very helpful! He made sure that my order was right upon delivering to my vehicle, he had to be one of the most nicest kids I’ve met at an establishment in a while. Somebody at this Bill Miller’s needs to know that he’s an awesome addition to this location. The Brisket I ordered was nice and warm when I got it and once I unwrapped it and tried it, it was friggin delicious! 😋 5 stars from me today for sure…...
