Very poor service. Drive thru does not get orders correct. More than once orders are wrong or missing an order. When call to speak with management, very rude and hangs up phone before you are finished talking.

I ordered a carne guisada with cheese. They did not put the cheese, but they sure did charge for it.
I was given a miniature chicken pieces!! It's normally great but come on ? ? I'm not even mad... I amused at how small the pieces are!!
