Waited out front in my car for 15 minutes for pancakes. Became frustrated and drove back through drive through to be told well they went out front and you weren't there. Talked to the gentleman at the window and he said I saw the order sitting there for quite a while. My my what's happened to the Bill Millers we used to go to???? This was the restaurant on Grissom Timber Path.

Hectic place whether dine in or take out. The employees don't communicate with each other. One girl that usually takes our order inside is quiet...Like she's afraid to speak up! The manager has no control of this place! I've worked in these places before and it's something that should be ran as a team to help get orders out properly and fast.

During this visit I had the Wrangler Plate with brisket, Cole slaw, & green beans. The brisket was some of the best I've had at a BM (each visit is different). I love the green beans at BM and they did not disappoint during this visit. The slaw is on point. The staff was friendly and accommodating as usual.

Food was cold and tasted old tea tasted awful had 3 piece chicken plate . It was waste of my time and money. I threw away all food and tea.I I never had a bad experience with Bill Millers until now.

I had a delivery. The food was cold. The fries were like they were from the bottom. They were awful. There were no napkins with my order. I had a chopped beef sandwich that looked like it got smashed some how. I would not recommend this place to anyone!
