Walked into this store there were flies everywhere. The counters were dirty. The tray slide had bbq sauce all over it. By the register the flies were unbelievable. Where the bread was and butter the station was dirty. The walls in the dining room are dirty. This store needs to be closed and an overhaul conducted.

We went here for supper and went through the drive thru. We order three crispy chicken value meals with fries and drinks. When we got tk the window after waiting in line for over ten minutes the order being given was not out order. The window worker said our food was not ready. Said would be one minute for chicken to be ready and we were parked. Then we stayed park for another ten or more minutes I called into the store and manager said it's walking out the door. No apology no explanation offered NOTHING. Two of the three sandwiches were bagged with cold products such as the pickle and onion bags and side of ranch and were cold. What a disappointment I spent 40.00 in last two days at this store.

*update* 4/7/24 portions are even smaller now! Pretty much just an ice cream scoop of egg in my taco. Really!?!?! Guess they are trying to do their part to slim America down lol !!!!Make sure you check your order before leaving. The portions are unfortunately getting smaller. I also don't like that when they wrap the sandwiches they seem to squish them in foil.

This place was ok. I was greeted when I walked in, but I think the main guys for Bill Miller were there. Everybody was friendly until he left, then they started talking almost themselves, and I stood at the counter for a while before being helped despite one of the employees looking at me a few times.

Bill Miller's is a San Antonio Texas staple! I have no complaints on Bill Miller's. Periodically some of the locations forget some of the food when I ordered through the drive-thru and things like that. That's very annoying. But this particular location, I've never had any problems and the food's always delicious.

Ordered the Small Family meal. Brisket was great. Sides of Potato Salad, Pinto Beans, and Green Beans were all good. Only wish they would offer Creamed Corn again and sell cobbler year round.

I am a regular at Bill Millers. I frequent a couple other locations close to home and work, however, my son and I went to this location and it was horrible. The food was fine but the service was absolutely horrible. I am not one to care too much about great service but this time was pretty bad. Was met with rolling eyes and just zero service. I was treated like I was a burden on the girl working up front. I wasn't aware I was bothering anyone. There were several managers and even what seemed to be a higher level manager and nobody caught on to the horrible attitude which tells me that it must be normal here. I'll stick to the locations I visit.

Morning staff is extremely rude and discourteous. As I was walking in A lady was walking out looking very upset . I heard a female employee laugh and say a very rude remark about the lady. There was a gentleman ahead of me that had been standing at the register waiting to be acknowledged in which he wasn’t , multiple employees passing by him as if he wasn’t there . He looked back at me in disbelief and I asked him is there no one manning the register he said he didn’t think so so I asked “ Is there anyone manning the register or should we go to the drive thru ? At that point 2 female employees approached the counter to take our orders no greeting no apologies looked at me to prompt me to order in which I did and politely may I add . After payment cashier handed me my tea and walked away . I stated to the gentleman waiting “ They are so kind here !” In which the same lady from the 1st incident laughed as if it was funny to be rude and exhibit poor customer service. My food was handed to me and I politely asked for lemons and Splenda again was passed items with annoyance, no thank you no have a good day. As someone who works in food service and now a food service auditor I understand food service is tough but the least the employees can do is be kind and courteous to your customers saying good morning and wearing a smile goes a long way if mornings and the fast pace of a high volume restaurant Is more than what you can handle then I would suggest another job. I will not return here in the mornings the tacos are not even the best or most cost reasonable to also have to deal with rude inconsiderate employees.

Waited at the drive thru for like 10 min with only one vehicle in front got to drive thru speaker waited for someone to take my order. Ordered ranchers plate marbled brisket and po boy brisket marbled got home to find out got burnt ends. Called location spoke to someone there who asked if I can bring brisket back I advised out of the way and don’t have time. All was said I’ll advise them and train employees better. We have gone to Bill Millers and have never had a complaint about service it’s always been spot on except today. Very poor service and quality of food at this location.
