Got the fish since it’s lent on Friday was expecting it to be the same as Laguna’s Madre but wasn’t. But was still delicious!! Tartar sauce was sooo good.

Christina makes this location spectacular. She is always pleasant and kind. She even cuts the straws for my son so he can drink his orange juice out of a “big boy cup”! We love coming here for a casual quick family breakfast on the weekends!

Best breakfast
Did not include side with my drive thru order even though I paid for side. Called the restaurant and they refused to refund me for omitted item.

Never been to Bill Millers, I went through the drive-thru and remembered my friend had had a bake potato from them and said it was good. I asked about them and the girl said they didn't have any. I asked her if it was seasonal or if they just didn't have anymore, just to know so I don't ask again in the future. No response. I waited a few minutes and nothing. I called out hello, no response. I waved over someone in a bill miller shirt who was cleaning the parking lot and tried asking for help, he smirked and walked off. Then the girl responded and sounded like she was laughing. I left, very humiliating and not the Texas Hospitality I was expecting.

I love Bill Millers but this location is terrible. Was told at the order speaker it would be a 10 min wait on strips. Then at the window they said it would be a 20 minute wait. Manager woman came to my car after those 20 minutes and said it would be another 15 minute wait but they would give me some free cobbler for the wait. After about an hour total someone, not even the manager, came to me and said they ran out of strips because they miscommunicated and sold them all off. They gave me some chicken instead and sent me on my way. Got home and didn't even get the 2 sides of fries I ordered. Not the way you want to end your day after a LONG day of work. Manager was running around like a chicken with her head cut off wiping sweat looking very stressed. I'd recommend finding new management to run as the other locations in town do.

I have to share my poor dining experience. Flies on the rolls, lemons, and butter. So disgusting! The food was cold. We did point out the flies but just got a "shrug" in reply. Bill Miller's do better for your customers.

There’s not a lot of restaurants in this area so my family orders here quite often. Without fail every single time they forget food in our order. I don’t live far so I don’t mind driving back to go get it. It just kinda gets annoying when I have to drive back every single time. I think the last time they got my order right was a year ago.

All the staff are so friendly. Kendall is above and beyond at her job!
The brisket here seems to be stored better than at other Bill Miller locations too. Only downside is that sometimes the busboy that day isn't bussing the tables enough. Overall this is my favorite Bill Miller location.

I went in and ordered to go breakfast at this location. I got the Bill Miller Breakfast with no egg and I asked for extra hash browns instead. My meat choice was bacon and I also order a biscuit instead of the tortillas. I noticed my man’s plate being made so I started watching them make the order. I then noticed the young male employee start on my plate. I immediately saw him putting the egg on my plate so I tried to get the female cashiers attention but before I could, I saw him press the bacon on top of the eggs. The cashier came over and I said “Excuse me, I think that’s my plate he’s making and I didn’t want egg.” So she goes back there and checks the ticket and tells him that the plate was wrong and tells him what it was supposed to have on it pointing at the ticket. I watched him take the bacon off the plate that was pressed on top of the eggs and place it back on top of the pan of bacon he originally got it from. Cross contamination!!! He then grabs the scooper for the eggs and proceeds to scoop the eggs out of the plate that had the bacon on top of them and put them back into the container of eggs that he scooped them out of. Again…cross contamination!!! Then he gets the potato scooper and scoops the potatoes out of the spot they were in and placed those potatoes on top of whatever eggs bits were left in the plate. Then he gets another scoop of potatoes and places them in the spot he just scooped the other potatoes out of on the plate. So now my potatoes have egg on them and my bacon has egg on them…when I wanted no egg! But more importantly your pan of bacon has egg on it. Your pan of eggs has bacon in it and a pan of your potatoes might possibly have egg in it. Now what if I were allergic? What if someone else is? What’s worse, I couldn’t even say anything to the manager because this particular manager rolls her eyes for some reason when I walk in. Older Hispanic lady with pink eye shadow. The worst experience I’ve ever had at this location and I am a regular. I won’t be returning! Sorry for the long rant but I needed to paint you a picture and I also apologize if you get a headache from all of the mistakes in my run on paragraph.
Lifelong customer here, great location and the staff is friendly.
Breakfast is my usual order, but I'm always asking for extra cooked tortillas because they ALWAYS come very chewy and undercooked (this is for a lot of locations). The standard serving size for scrambled egg is very small, sometimes too small compared to the size of the tortilla. I've had to scramble my own eggs at home just to fill it to at least one egg per taco. It's common that your salsa will be missing or incorrect – check your order before leaving. For large or multiple orders, I would suggest separating the taco types into their own bag, or you'll be opening and re-wrapping foil until you find the right one. Aside from these setbacks, the taste is still tops. But over time, taste alone won't justify the slowly increasing prices.
Parking: The drive-thru is unpredictable and can cause parking lot traffic jams. Sometimes it's fast, some days, not so much. I just go inside and order.
