***Edited to update***I updated to four stars because the area manager is working to resolve the situation.After reaching out to the location and speaking with the manager who didn't offer anything but a slight attitude and apology, I filled out the form on the website and received a response from the area manager. He said that he will be addressing this issue with the managers about paying attention to the details of the order and he'll send me a gift card to use on the next visit. I'm hopeful that the next visit will be better because they do have the best tacos and hot sauce!**Original review**I ordered 14 breakfast tacos for co workers. On the order, I requested salsa and that the tacos be labeled.I received zero salsa with my order of 14 tacos. I even added extra salsa to my order which I didn't receive. Also, none of the tacos were labeled as I requested on my order.The order was otherwise accurate.If you order online, don't expect any salsa.I spent my morning at work going through and labeling tacos and apologizing to co workers that there's no salsa.I just called and spoke to the manager on duty. She just said "sorry." There was no offer to make anything right. This is just as disappointing as not receiving the salsa in the first place.

I have given this Bills several opportunities to redeem themselves and failure of the food and service is what you have reading all below in all the reviews. Whoever is training these employees must not care themselves because if they did you would not see consistent bad reviews. Management - you need to come surprisingly be a customer to experience this or shut it down. Food is never prepared correctly, missed items and the lack of customer service or even being apologetic for their errors is so gone out the window. Leadership needs to be fired, get people from a driven caring Bills to come train or replace these employees. You serve the same meals everyday, hard to get it wrong but you do.

I love the breakfast, but the other food is also good. They have my favorite pie....coconut meringue.
If I could leave no stars definitely would. You ask for crispy bacon, you get raw bacon, you ask for well done tortillas, you get raw tortillas. Horrible horrible food this morning!!!! The pancakes were o damn thin, they gave me two, may as well say you don't have any pancakes, they were absolutely awful!!!! ?

Fast decent food, but service was definitely lacking. The customer was waiting to pay while we waited to order. There was no one behind the counter. They seemed to be short-handed like everywhere else.

It’s been 15 min we ordered and the line still hasn’t moved . Unfortunately this is the location closest to us . Every single time we come it’s something … normally just slow. This will be the last time for a while we spend our money here . Instead of moving the car up at the window they have us sitting here waiting . I suspect because it’s pouring rain and the employees don’t want to bring the food out.Also the young man who took our order tonight (830 2/2/24) was rude.. short and we asked nicely to repeat and he just had an overall bad attitude.Oh we’re home food is ice cold and they forgot my po boyWhat a shame .Edit: Bills I completed this process that evening - the night of our visit as if 2/6 we still have not heard backI will continue to update to provide review of how situation was handled
