I love the food and the service I receive. The only issue I had was being in line 10 minutes until 9:00pm. It was 9:02 when I was finally able to get to the speaker, and was told they were closed. If I am in line before closing, I think I should be helped.

This review pertains to the drive-thru window. When I order breakfast tacos and the person on the intercom asks if I want hot sauce, I ALWAYS say no thank you. Why then, when I check the bag there's 3 or 4 cups of hot sauce in there, leaking and sweating? I might be the only person in the city who doesn't like hot sauce, but if I say please don't give me any hot sauce, what's the problem? It's wasteful because I toss them right into the trashcan. End of rant. BTW, the tacos (without hot sauce) are delicious.

Just tell them window servers to make sure the customer has a good grip on there food before letting go...AND let the customer put the food down in the car before they rush the drinks on them. Spilling..THANKS.

We placed an order through the drive-thru, three #4's with one add a tender. The tenders were tough and dry. On two of the meals the gravy was missing. I feel like the quality of the food there is going down, especially for the cost.
