I was back in SA a few days ago and decided to give this place a second chance after my first experience several years ago. Never again. Bland flavors, oftentimes the frosting does not have the butter fully incorporated and can taste heavily of salt (are they using salted butter?), unevenly baked cupcakes. They have severe technical errors that need to be worked out.

Attended a bridal shower in a small room off the main store. They provided small sandwiches, baked desserts, and drinks. One staff member attended to our needs and it was just a wonderful experience. I would definitely go back for lunch and try other items on the menu and even consider using this location for a small party in the future.

I went in to buy a pumpkin cheesecake for someone, but ended up eating it myself because that other person wanted to play games and act like they were interested, but in reality, they didn’t want me. So i bought the mini cheesecake for myself. Their lemon loaf is fresh and so is their pumpkin bread. Delicious!!

What a cute bakery. Went in for some brunch time, chill space to grab a coffee to chat. Love the elvis cupcake, as well as the red velvet and carrot cupcake

I just had one of the best Key Lime pies I’ve ever eaten. This shop never disappoints.

We really enjoy this place but customer service lately has been sub par. We came in last Saturday at around 4pm and just wanted to order a few cookies and some coffee. The young ladies at the counter did not acknowledge us and just went about doing whatever they were doing. We left after standing there for 10 minutes. Maybe have an adult present next time so that customers can be taken care of.

Good gluten-free muffin and brownie. Tasted great. Light texture, not dense or gooey. Held together well. Not crumbly like many gluten-free baked goods.

How can one charge this much for food that tastes this terrible? Cupcakes were dry and tasted like a solute garbage. Fresh Strawberry... 🤮. Coconut Candy Bar... 🤮 Confetti Cake... 🤮 Red Velvet... Nope. I've had better boxed cake mix cupcakes at a pre-k bake sale.

This place is overrated. Took my mom to eat here after it was recommended to us, under our table there was a cockroach. Floors dirty and Disgusting with that roach. Never again, that's just not public health safe.

A cute bakery offering sweets and savory foods like sandwiches, chicken and tuna salad, and such. Polite customer service. The interior isn't that big but there are small and picnic style tables to sit at. One particular thing I liked was that I was offered honey to sweeten my latte. I appreciated that as one who tries to avoid artificial sweeteners. The frosting on the strawberry cupcake was delicious! Great strawberry flavor! Carrot cake was moist, lemon curd in the special was so good, and the coconut was mellow.

I always thought Bird Bakery used natural ingredients. But they don’t. The cake was made with ingredients usually seen in box cakes, like “natural flavoring “”

Love the cupcakes and lemon bars

Great service, but the cupcakes were very dry. We don’t get to come to this place often, since we’re from out of town, and it was just disappointing.
