I'm honestly at a loss for words. I know the pics are always better than what you actually get served but WOW is it really a big difference. My wife and I wanted a dessert to share and this looked great online. The actual portion cup with the fruit looked like it was less than an actual whole strawberry. The portion cup with whipped cream *might* have been a spoonful. The "cookie" was barely thicker than a good flour tortilla and was so thin you can see 2 holes in it. Really pitiful. If dessert is this sad I wouldn't trust dinner here.

I was disappointed with the food taste. I ordered chicken Alfredo and parmisian chicken. I used to order them since 5 years, but today the taste of Alfredo very bad and cheap. Also the chicken was burned. Never back again.

First time visit to BJ’s restaurant and had Logan as our server and Rachel was the manager in San Antonio…we couldn’t have been more thankful for outstanding service, patience, and true customer focus in making our visit outstanding. We have a new favorite restaurant!

We experienced the best customer service tonight. We had a newer waiter named Logan, but he was helpful with all of our questions. Rachel was the manager on duty and checked on us multiple times to ensure the service was top notch and we will for sure come back. Can’t wait to enjoy our new favorite restaurant again. Hopefully these two will be working when we come back!
