every time i come in at night they never want to sit me and my group down this is the second week of us trying to come in and just enjoy. not even to order food but to have a place to talk with our friends. don’t come in to celebrate birthdays they won’t sit you down.

It's been a minute since I stepped foot in this location. I sat at the bar and ordered a Jeremiah Red and an ahi tuna salad. They both hit the spot! Absolutely delicious! Carrie provided me with excellent service and even offered me beer samples without me asking. That's a BIG plus in my books! The other servers were very friendly as well. Overall, I had a pleasant experience! Come check them out for yourself!

We visited on a Wednesday with family and the experience was smooth. The staff was friendly and the waiter was attentive. They offered our toddler some baby food and she loved it.

My husband and I have been here at least a dozen times, but most recently we came here as a big party of 8 for my brothers’ birthday on a Saturday night and we did not have a long wait either. The waitress was phenomenal and was patient while we ordered. The food and craft drinks were great. I had a margarita flight and it was delicious. After our meal, we split a pazookie with my rewards points, that I didn’t know I had until the waitress informed me of it who had was a nice surprise! We had brought in a store bought cake to celebrate my brother’s birthday and we even offered our waitress a slice, if she wished. Such a great place to dine with friends or family. Recommend 10/10.

Decent food, huge menu, good space for watching a game or getting a drink. For family dinners, it is hit or miss in that we got placed at a table under a speaker. It was packed, so getting moved would mean another 10-20 minute wait. The food is decent with a broad range of appetizers and entrees. The sides are flexible so you have good choices for being healthy or not. It's relatively easy to get in and out of this one depending in if you have to take 1604 or not.The waitress was nice. A little soft-spoken for all of the noise, but very helpful.
We never received serviceat the Rim location in San Antonio after waiting for 20 minutes at the table. Asked one of the servers to find out what’s going on. He never came back. I walked to the manager (last name Tracy) he said he was sorry looking like he really could not care less.Emailed corporate no response. OFC BJ’s IS OUT for us.

It was ok, tried the brisket burger. It was good. The service was ok, he didn't seem to check on the table as much.
Only complaint would be that I placed a reservation for 7:45pm but wasn't seated till about an 30-45 mins later. Most walk-ins were waiting the same amount of time so I find that this defeats the purpose of making a reservation. Service did feel a little rushed, could've been due to the wait times. Overall, excellent food and ambiance.

I felt like I could've gotten better food from Applebees. It was an 5 on the scale for me. Waitress was ok. Forgot my plastic silverware and wasn't super attentive to us but she wasn't bad. Food want the best to be honest
