Came here with a larger group (about 20 people) for a lunch and the food was delicious and ours servers were great. However it did take awhile for the food to come out. Considering it was a work lunch we needed the time to be a bit quicker but I would definitely come back for a date night l.

Came here for a friend's 50th bday. Arrived and quickly seated! Champagne toast. Excellent service. John S had wonderful beverage and food suggestions. In fact, we suggest he order it all and he did a wonderful job. Quail pops. Steak tartare. Crudo. Great wine tasting and drinks. High roller (tomahawk, lobster, asparagus, shrimp and more) was excellent. We tried all the desserts. Espresso martini and some special martini lit on fire! Even the bread was wonderful. Restrooms were clean. Not too dark but enough to look romantic. So fortunate to be able to dine here.

We came for a birthday for party of 6 with reservations at 7:45pm. We were finally served our dinner at 9:20pm. It's cool we chatted amongst the group, keep in mind you must talk with your outside voice because it's loud inside. Some we ordered appetizers but requested it come with the dinner, didn't happen but no biggie. None of the food was piping hot, lukewarm at best. I was expecting more flavor, depth and a different type of experience. But the food was just average and we ordered quite a few dishes. Would I return... probably not for the food. Maybe happy hour for drinks at the bar. Vibe is cool but I think you're paying for the ambiance.
A great dinner experience highlighted by superb service from our server, Sarah, who was incredible and fun! Bone-in filet was great and the donut dessert was so unique and delicious....I want to go back just for that. Great job, Blü!!!

Beautiful restaurant and a nice, upbeat atmosphere. Service was fair but I didn’t think my waitress had the experience level for what I expect out of a high end steakhouse. My steak, while cooked to the correct temp, tasted a bit bland and perhaps was just underseasoned. Overall, my party and I left wishing we had just gone across the plaza for a more traditional steakhouse experience at Eddie V’s.

Exquisite...we made a last minute reservation for late lunch/early dinner & we're so glad we did. The atmosphere & attention to detail were amazing. The food was seasoned & presented perfectly. Our server Valeria was very professional and highly attentive while being warm & welcoming. Looking forward to our next visit.

Absolutely amazing! We celebrated our 22nd anniversary here tonight. We chose Blü Prime kind of on a whim and boy are we glad we did. We may have been a little under dressed for the occasion (or the steakhouse dress code) but they didn't seem to mind. We sat against the back wall with a great view of the entire restaurant and it was fun to watch the concert of workers and patrons fill the beautiful space with laughter and attentive conversation. Our server was one of the best we've ever had, from any restaurant, at any level of cost. His name was Sam and we will request him every time we come back! He was extremely knowledgeable with the entire menu, from the wine list to the entrees, and everything in between. Once he learned it was our anniversary, he sprinkled the table with rose pedals and everyone stopped by to congratulate us (the free desert was an extra special touch!). His shadow, Jocelyn and the manager were also great! The filet and dry aged ribeye were cooked to perfection (our compliments to the chef). Highly recommended!!

So here we go. I booked a reservation of 4 weeks prior to the reservation. I get there and they tell me "Oh your table will be ready in a few minutes. Please hang out at the bar in the meantime - 25 mins later it was ready. Also the cucumber martini. I order was ok. Eddie Vs makes it better. Once seated, the waiter started with what was not on the menu. After that, it just went down hill. To say the least, I will not be going there again. They need to learn from J Prime.
