Our first time here and everything was so good. All portion sizes were really big. The biscuits were huge! Like really big. Our waitress ginger was so friendly and awesome. Love her! Hope to get her again next time we go. Prices were good too.

I’ve been to Black Bear several times and I always have amazing food however today I was served my Teresa who let me know it was her first week. She was so nice and friendly. She went over and beyond to ask me if I’d like refills on coffee, creamer and any other condiments. The next time I come I will make sure to be seated in her area moving forward.

My wife and I came in this morning for breakfast, we've never been in before and we we're amazed! Our waitress Teresa was awesome! The food was hot and fantastic! Teresa said she was a new employee but obviously it's not her first rodeo!!! We are making Black bear our new breakfast spot!

I went there and the waitress (Maria) was great. She took care of us wonderfully. BUT the manager (Georgiana) would constantly stop and stared at the waitress if she would take too long at our table. Poor waitress would have to stop and tell her she was just answering a question about the menu. (We loved it and many things would catch our attention , so we wanted to know for next time). It wasn’t even one or two times she would do this. She did this six times over the span of time we were there. She even catch me staring at her and she wouldn’t care and just continued to stared at our table. This manager obviously has something against this poor girl because I didn’t see manager do with others staff that were actually slacking off. I would love to come again but not if this is how managers will be towards us. Not caring if they’re making customers uncomfortable or treating employees that they don’t like, poorly.
