I want to like this company but frankly the coffee tastes like Folders. It's just bad coffee. And at 15$ a bad there's just no excuse for that. Again, I want to spend money at veteran owned and veteran supporting businesses but I draw the line at overpriced, gross coffee.
The service is always top-notch and makes me feel welcome just with small conversations and smiles while ordering and picking up. The coffee always hits the spot and whoever came up with the coffee pouches ia brilliant. Veen dipping coffee groumds for a couple of decades now. Love taking a pouch between my lip and gum, and I can get stuff done around the office like a champ. No spitting and getting my coffee fix at the same time without having to battle others around the coffeemaker...
I’m probably the only one bothered by this, but every time I order at Black Rifle, I try to be efficient and place my order quickly. I typically say, "Can I have a small nitro cold brew, and that will be all." It's always followed by several follow-up questions like, "Do you want flavor in your coffee?" or "Can I interest you in breakfast?"
