Tried to order at the walk up window stood there for 20 minutes. Rang the bell for service as instructed twice, no one came. Girl inside definitely saw me when I looked through the window. Only 2 cars in drive thru then after they left I still couldn’t get any service. I gave up and left. Next time I’ll go to Starbucks rather than wasting my time. Ridiculous service.

Hit it or miss! When the vanilla iced latte is good, it’s GOOD. the need to change the menu as all their kolaches have cheese and it doesn’t say that on the menu. They aren’t worth the price either.

This was my first time visiting Black Rock Coffee Bar. I asked about the frozen drinks as I wanted a treat for my wife and I, but I'm diabetic and have to order sugar-free options. I was assured that they could make it sugar-free, and I ordered the Oreo and Salted Blondie? I'm not sure of the last name, but I know it was a caramel drink. I placed the drinks in the freezer until after dinner for a nice dessert to watch TV with, and both drinks were as bland and disappointing as a saltine cracker. I learned my lesson and will just make the drive to Berevity next time I get that craving. They offer sugar-free options, and they taste great.

LOVE this specific location. The girls who work the morning shifts especially. I have always been politely greeted and are so sweet. Recommend this location and coffee is so good!

Grabbed two coffees and a bagel here last week and was unimpressed. I really wanted a caramel macchiato, didn't see it on the screen, but the young woman said they make it here. It tasted terrible! I ended up throwing it away. On top of that, she wasn't friendly, didn't smile but made sure to show me a tip screen; which I did end up tipping her. Won't be back.

Great coffee and friendly service! Mexican Mocha is excellent! But beware, their almond milk is sweetened with 8 g of sugar ( I had to ask). I was told the low carb option is coconut milk.
