My cousin came to visit from Mexico City, and he was craving barbecue. What better place to visit than the most delicious spot in San Antonio for barbecue!
Not only was he amazed at how good it was, but he literally could not stop eating. He ordered a little of everything, and our table looked like a buffet!
The staff was amazing—shout out specifically to the cashiers; they were so friendly to us. The bussers and servers were just as great—everyone! Thanks to all of you for making our family feel at home, and for making my cousin’s visit truly special!

First time going. The Brisket, sausage, turkey was excellent. The Mac and cheese was great. The green beans were good but the potato salad was not to my liking. It was mushy and a little too much dill in it. But will return again.

Thanks to the staff at Blanco BBQ for making our 30th anniversary celebration special for my husband and myself. The food was delicious, the staff friendly, and the atmosphere was perfect. Our family and friends enjoyed the food and it was nice to be able to have something out of the San Antonio heat especially since we had several elderly guests. The party room was spacious and very accommodating. Will definitely recommend your restaurant to others.

This restaurant is really good. Our food was ready pretty much right after we ordered and sat down. I got the ribs and brisket plate. The ribs were fall-off-the-bone tender. The brisket was a little overly seasoned on the top but tasted good. The side of mac n cheese was delicious. The side of green beans was a little spicier than I expected, but it was still good. We got the banana pudding that was pretty tasty, too! The only downside for me is they don't have any options for BBQ sauces aside from the spicy one that is on the tables that I saw. I like being able to try different sauces with the different meats. Other than that, I would go back for the ribs for sure. The employees were all nice and bustling.

No excuse for brisket that you can't slice. Cut it and it crumbles into random pieces. Serving brisket should be fresh & juicy. If BBQ is your brand, I think you would want to serve fresh meat. If it was my brand, I would discount the price to make sure I did not serve leftovers tomorrow.
