Had our anniversary dinner at Bliss. The entire visit was outstanding. We were greeted warmly and sat quickly. The food was delicious. The scallops were the highlight for us. Everything we had was great. Overall, a perfect place for a special occasion or date night.
The finest restaurant dining experience I have ever experienced!!! The level of service was incredible. The food has no compare!!! Will look forward to returning again & again!!
A perfect evening celebrating a birthday. The food was spectacular and Lia's service was perfect. We will be back and probably won't wait for a special occasion. They have their own parking lot, which is a hot commodity in the area.
The food and service were great. We got the restaurant week menu and it was amazing. We will definitely go back again.
Our meal was incredible and the service was impeccable. One of the absolute best in San Antonio. Bliss easily competes with the best bib gourmand and Michelin starred restaurants around.
Best meal I have had in San Antonio. Our server Mattie was wonderful and made the experience even better!
New York Strip supposed to be medium rare and was between medium and medium well. Such a waste of a great beef cut
Bliss a few years ago was an absolute 5 star experience. Lately it seems like some of the dishes have less flavor and uniqueness. The service has declined a bit. The Saturday evening we were there was very loud as well. 4/5
This place was great. I went for the Culinaria Restaurant Weeks. Perfect chance to try the menu for less price. I had the arugula salad, short ribs, and butter cake. Everything was perfect, tasted great (the short ribs made me drool. I could barely take a pic before diving in). 10/10 will return.
Bliss is excellent! Fresh ingredients, beautiful presentation - it does get a little hot in dining room in the summer hence the 4 stars for ambiance

My friends and I went to Bliss during Culinaria week in San Antonio. We picked Bliss due to the amount of variety their menu offered during this taste of San Antonio week. Our table was ready immediately upon arriving and we were sat. Maddie was our waiter and he could not have been more attentive to what we wanted/needed. Maddie made the experience that much more enjoyable. The food was amazing!! I had the oysters on the half shell which came in 2 different sauces, not the traditional ones. My entree was the red fish on a bed of octopus ink risotto and it was cooked and presented to perfection. For dessert, I had the butter cake with a raspberry capote and caramel drizzle, please forgive me for drooling over my keyboard. Bliss is def a restaurant I/we will be attending again.
The dressing on the arugula salad was delicious and the portion generous. Thought the swordfish dish was excellent. Good service. Wish they would change the menu offerings more frequently.
Our 5th time there and still did not disappoint. Food, service and atmosphere were all top notch. I do wish they had a liquor license so I could have a martini but I did learn I could bring what's needed and make my own.
It was amazing!!! Everyone there was soo friendly and engaging. We have been coming to Bliss for years and this was the best night so far. Food was awesome and delicious!!!
Outstanding, all around. Service was excellent, food was fabulous. My husband especially loved the hangar steak with that bright, fresh flavorful chimichurri. Both of us were in heaven over the butter cake. I loved the arugula salad , which was dressed JUST right. The wine selections were perfect. We sat in the back room off the patio where the noise level was low and we were able to have a nice conversation. We will definitely be back. Thanks to the team who took care of us!
