I never thought dinner in an old gas station would be so amazing! The menu has something for everyone and the kitchen takes pride in serving creative hot food with eye-catching plate presentation. Highly recommend.

It's definitely worth a try if you're visiting San Antonio. Everything from the service to the food was great. Absolutely no complaints. I highly recommend the oyster sliders as a starter and the scallops as your entrée.

Bliss never disappoints with the food, service, execution and we have been coming here for many years for special occasions. However the prices on the menu have increased - with some apps in the mid 20$ and entrees in the mid 40s and up - while partly this is inflation - was a bit of a surprise. We may need make the times we come - extra extra special.

Excellent! This was my second time visiting and once again, did not disappoint. The wine list is carefully curated and approachable. The sea scallops could not be more perfect. The flavors we are destinctable and beautiful balanced and they were cooked to perfection (which is hard to do).

This is a higher end restaurant. So it's to be expected portions won't be large. However, I ordered the duck with foie gras. The portion of the duck breast might have been half of a duck breast and the portion of foie gras might have been the size of a silver dollar. Based on experience and for $46 I expected a bit more. Service was awesome and it is a nice restaurant with lots to do after dinner in surrounding area. Beer and wine only btw.

Location and service were excellent. Food very good. I had wanted a cocktail but it's beer and wine only. Ouster sliders were great. The pork belly strange and served like sushi, with an odd aftertaste. Duck was good. Short ribs also good but too much to eat.

Went here with my son for dinner. The service was absolutely fantastic and conscientious. The food was excellent with some big hits - the octopus and bone marrow/beef tartare were notably outstanding. Wine was excellent and server was very helpful with pairing wines. We had a fantastic meal with fantastic service in a very comfortably and warm setting. Highly recommend.
Food was delicious. The pork belly sushi was flavourful and not overpowering and served in a fun way. The duck and foie gras were cooked perfectly, pink and tender. The short ribs were fall off the bone delicious. The 3 flavours of gelato were refreshing. Our server Mary was very friendly and the food runners and bus persons were attentive and polite.

Dining on the patio was exceptionally pleasant...a bit chilly but definitely not freezing. It was Friday night and the restaurant was quite busy. Don't be in a hurry here as it is a dining experience not to be rushed. I had the red snapper which I thoroughly savored. Another had the scallops which was served on a bed of grits...heavenly! The other 2 split the the beef tenderloin served on a bed or cauliflower purée with roasted peppers...divine! All in all, we enjoyed ourselves and count Bliss as a gem. Would recommend this restaurant to everyone looking to have an amazing dining experience.

The entire staff made our daughter's birthday dinner one to remember. I would highly recommend Bliss to friends and family. I can't wait to return.
The food was amazing, every single plate was very well done and warm. Just a little suggestion; it was my friend's birthday and when I ordered the butter cream cake they did not added happy birthday to her plate it was so plain that it did not look special to me. My reservation was for the patio; that night was cold but they had outside heaters and they give you a blanket which was great.
We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves! The ambience, service (Mary G) our waitress was great and the food was just amazing! We will definitely be back soon! Such a gem! ????
