This hidden gem is great! I got a House Latte with syrup and it was - dare, I say - one of the best cups of coffee I've ever had. The atmosphere is so chill, relaxed and silent and it's very clean! It's a little hard to find, but if you go in through the main doors to the plaza, you'll find it, no problem. You have to go try it out!

I travel often for work and have a hard time finding local coffee shops to work in. The interior and vibe at Blum is perfect for getting some work done, and the pour over coffee was one of the best I've had in a very long time.

If you're a San Antonian- look no further than Blum for your go-to coffee spot!! You will be so happy you walked in here. The aesthetic is perfect and conversation with the owner, Liza will truly FILL your cup. The matcha is too good to be true, and the chai is even better. The deconstructed latte is almost too pretty to touch! I'm taking some bags of coffee back to San Diego with me and hoping this Southern Californian native is looking to franchise.

After a beautiful workout in the park a few weeks ago, I stopped by Blum for a Saturday treat. And I was not disappointed! The staff were friendly, the Dirty Chai Latte came recommended and was delicious, and even better it came in a glass with a lid! I liked this, even as a to-go option because the one time use cups are just that, one time use. I also love it because I live close by so returning a glass is no problem. Some of the other reviews talk about that it's weird to visit a coffee shop in the middle of a co-working space, but on that Saturday no one was there and when I stopped by on another day there were a few people working and it was not weird at all. I enjoyed my lattes and the experience and will visits again!

Checked out this place for the first time today, I loved it. Had an ice mocha with CBD. Coffee was smooth and wonderful. My wife had kombucha which is on tap also with CBD added. Great atmosphere to relax, work, or just chat with friends over some coffee. I think I found my new coffee joint.

My latte was delish and beautiful but it was quite small, served in an adorable glass the size of a votive holder. It's my personal preference that I don't like drinking hot beverages out of glass. Owner/barista was very nice and the space is light and airy.

The coffee at this place tastes great, but that's about it. I think it is definitely the type of place you run in to get some coffee if the location is close by to you. I don't really think it's worth going out of our way for. It's not the type of place to hang out in, nor is there much space or outlets available to work. Yeah I get the glass jar with the napkin thing is cute, but it's not really that practical and I prefer a cozier place with the standard cup. I'm on a mission to try every local coffee place in San Antonio and this was worth trying but I'm in no rush to return.

Such a unique coffee shop! Had the cortado and it was so rich and smooth! Also met the owner and she was extremely nice. It shares the location with the company Paradox, so don't get confused when you don't see the sign for Blum when you pull in the plaza.
