Tried for the very first time yesterday since it’s highly rated. My family and I weren’t every fond of it. Our soup wasn’t the best but from reading newer reviews it looks like others have had ran into the same problem we did. The soup was very bland so I’m assuming since they have vegan options the broth is probably vegan weather you get meat or tofu. The dumplings were kind of a weird texture but it’s probably from the oil not being changed in awhile. The seafood combo was mainly imitation crab. I feel like the menu should specify “imitation crab” rather then crab. I really wanted to love this place but the broth was a deal breaker. Very friendly employees.

Boba was great. Staff friendly. Pho not the best! Maybe I’ll try their vegetarian pho options next time but their beef broth was mainly water.

The broth was bland and flavorless, noodles were brittle and broke apart. Asked for a refund and was refused, disappointed. Won't be coming here again. If I could give 0 stars, I would. The person that took our order was really nice though. If you want good Pho go to Pho Kim Long downtown. We didn't let the pho sit, we tried it right as it came out. It's true we had appetizers but they showed up well before the pho. I tired one spoon of the broth and it tasted just like water, I understand you're trying to save face, but lying isn't an acceptable alternative. I also didn't ask for a refund on everything, just the pho. If you have to lie to make yourselves look better, you're doing something wrong.

I ordered a Blueberry Green Tea and it was to die for!!! My kids got strawberry slush flavors. The Chicken Lo Mein was super tasty and the Steak Pho had more fixings than broth, yum!! The only let down was the breading part of the dumplings because they just tasted like flour but the pork filling was DELISH! Totally going back; you should go too!

Matcha boba and lemongrass beef vermicelli. Vegan beef. I'm not vegan, but it was awesome!

Hands down the best pho in town and I’m a pho connoisseur. I’m also mildly addicted to their Thai teas on ice. Will def be back! ??

Food was great, first time eating here and will definitely be a returning customer. Recommend vermicelli chicken with egg roll!

I went in for a Boba Tea and ended up trying the spring rolls. Both were awesome! I will definitely be back.

Really good vegan restaurant. The new owners are offering more meat dishes than the old but the vegan food is still really solid.The ban mi are spectacular and the jalapenos are sweet but crazy hot, which is good. I don't think I've ever had a bad meal here. Very family friendly.

The food was great and the service was too. They have a good selection of vegan and vegetarian options. Highly recommend.

Not very authentic, my seafood soup was overly aromatic.. too much of a certain herb. There was no waiter service other than delivering our food. The atmosphere was bland and my husband wasn’t a big fan of his chicken fried rice plate since it was mostly rice. Pretty expensive $32 for 2 ppl) for a plate that had poor food presentation, plain service and plain atmosphere.

Very disappointed with the quality. Coming from Houston I've tried some serious good Vietnamese food. But the rice platter is awful. Too much sodium and not enough ingredients. Felt it was bland. Customer service needs to improve.
