Absolutely delicious! I had my four month old baby with me without my husband joining a group of friends for a birthday. I asked the server if he could please get my steak cut up for me. He was like absolutely that way I could hold my baby and feed myself without having to use my knife. We will be back!!

As it was late they served us reluctantly, the meat was excellent but more cooked than we had asked for. Yes I recommend it.

Took my wife here for our 2nd year anniversary which I will re celebrate elsewhere due to the horrible experience we had. First and foremost the food they gave me wife was nothing but a slab of fat for the ribeye. They also offered us a complimentary desert for our anniversary however it was tiny melted ice cream. Not only that but it wasn't even our choice to choose our own desert I've been to bobs countless times in dallas and plano and they offered me a desert of my choice for the occasion but this one is extremely cheap and nothing compared to dallas. Absolutely horrible and will never be back will celebrate my anniversary else where.

Wow. Your General Manager was very rude to a Multi Grammy Winner Michael Salgado who was just looking for his wife's phone..he said, if we find it, we are just gonna keep it! He need's to be FIRED!!HE DOESN'T KNOW HOW TO RUN A BUSINESS. All he was doing was looking under the table for the phone.

After being a returning customer at this establishment for years, today I had the worst experience with host or so called manager . I was treated with disrespect and asked to leave when I returned to restaurant to look for my wife’s phone ? I was told I was making too much of an disturbance to their customers when I was trying to find my wife’s property even though I had just spent 400$ an hour prior at this restaurant . I will never return to this place . As far as I am concerned Jprime & blu prime make this place look like a joke in Customer service . I don’t recommend !!!

Great food as expected from Bob's. The filet mignon and the Australian lamb chops were perfect. Was there for business dinner and our waitress was a bit pushy to order as my business colleague and I were trying to talk through an important issue over our pre-dinner cocktail. There were many empty tables on this Thursday night but felt she was trying to rush us and turn the table.

Good food, and very friendly staff. Definitely a good option if you're looking for this type of food.

This restaurant has a fancy yet cozy vibe. The service is excellent. The servers are constantly checking in on their customers. The filet mignon was tender & delicious. The carrot is absolutely exquisite with cinnamon herb flavors. Love this place!

Great service, however way overpriced, mediocre food. You can have a much better and less expensive experience elsewhere in San Antonio- very disappointed.

We hardly ever splurge going out, but when we do we have been wowed. Nothing about this place "wowed" us. From the moment we came in, the service was mediocre at best. Our waiter had to be told 3 separate times to get a straw for our son. Also, 2 times to get a sweet tea for my wife. Our food came out, and we could have done better at Texas Roadhouse, honestly. I had a rack of lamb, and every other place I've had it at cut the individual racks after they had been cooked. Not here... the whole rack was in tack, and was not cuttable unless I wanted to look like a barbarian in front of everyone. I ordered medium, and it came out rare. At least half of the meat ended up being wasted. I also didn't want to ask the waiter to look at it, as again, we hardly ever treat ourselves. So... what is our usual yearly or twice a year treat at 120-150 dollars, turned out to be a 220 dollar meal that neither of us enjoyed. We won't be going back. I'm writing this to help anyone in our places who is browsing through reviews to make an informed decision. If I'd have seen this review, I would have chosen elsewhere.
