I would never recommend brunch here. It's basically what would normally be included in a free Continental breakfast minus the waffles. For $20 per person, I would at least expect real eggs and not powdered eggs. The bacon was burnt and extra crispy, the biscuits were stale, the potatoes would have been good if they weren't cold and soggy. The fruit wasn't ripe, and the coffee was burnt. As a Bonvoy member and frequent customer of this chain, super disappointed.

We love coming here for brunch when we have out of town family. Who doesn't love all you can eat breakfast? Very courteous waitstaff. Not exactly worth the price but the environment is nice and since the family usually stays at The Omni, it's very convenient.

The breakfast buffet has lots to choose from. Mercedes is an awesome server to get. The dinner menu has lots of choices. George was our waiter and he’s fantastic. The prices are reasonable for an Omni property. Would definitely return when staying at the Omni.

Lots of options for the breakfast buffet. If you’re hungry and will eat lots of food as your breakfast $20 will be more than enough for the buffet. If you’re more of a light eater then the buffet will not suite you money wise. However the food was delicious and wish I could’ve ate more!
Our server George was amazing first, second, and third of all. He was very polite and attentive and well mannered. The food was good but I personally felt it was over priced. It just wasnt anything spectacular for what I paid. The service however was the reason I enjoyed it very much.

Horrible. First, major confusion over the wine list of all things. Turned out they had two versions. Most of the food was very average, but the big problem was with my husband's ribeye steak. He ordered it cooked medium, but it came out extremely rare. We sent it back for additional grilling and it was returned within minutes. The waitress made a point of stating that they had put it back on the grill - "see,it's darker on the outside ". It was so tough that my husband was unable to chew it. Turns out they actually microwaved it. So not only poor service, but also dishonest.

I came here with my boyfriend and Sabrina, who wrote a review earlier. I have to agree with her wholeheartedly. The place was clean and the staff was friendly (when you could find them) and that's the only thing keeping this from being a one star review. The all you can eat brunch buffet was not at all worth $22. I ate plenty of food, but none of it was particularly special or great. The food was decent. And for $22 you want better than decent food. The fare was pretty standard too. Eggs, fruit, beans and cheese, bagels, etc. Nothing was unique. They had a build your own omelette station, but I was looking for something better. The service was so shoddy! I understand that they were sending orders out of the restaurant, but getting a refill on water or some extra napkins required flagging down another server to get our server to attend to us. She was super friendly when she helped us, but getting her help took more effort than one would expect at any restaurant. If you do end up going here, order off the menu and save yourself a few dollars.
