This brevity used to have a long line cars waiting for a good beverage. Waiting was usually about a 7 minute wait. I’ve noticed recently that there is now, hardly any (if any) cars waiting in line, and based on my experience this may be just one of the reasons. They did away with the hole punch cards, and now to obtain points, you are required to use your cell number. The day we went, we ordered two large specialty coffees, upon paying and adding a $4 tip, I asked them about providing my cell number for points and was told their rewards program was down. I asked how I could get redemption for it and was told I couldn’t. Not even offered a 5% or 10% discount for the inconvenience. I didn’t want to make a stink, but I should have been informed prior to ordering. Brevity has gotten too big for its britches. Now, the only Brevity I still go to is the one off 1604 and Bitters. Drinks are always on point.

Ordered a latte and left without trying before leaving, but that's on me. When I did taste said latte they use some sort of disgusting non dairy creamer by default instead of milk which by definition is in a latte. If i have to ask for milk I'm not gonna bother to go here or others Brevities again for any thing else other than coffee, which I can get almost any where else most places now.

One of the young girls was rude, my husbands drink had no whip, I’m guessing because the order taker didn’t ask us if we wanted whip, so there was none. I asked the girl if she could put whip on the XL, she made a face, when I she gave it to me I said thank you and she just said MmmmHmmm…very rude. I apologized about the whip and I said thank you and I get a MmmmHmmm. Drive off and then my husband says the lid is broken on top, some drops of coffee spill on him. That’s when I had enough because I think she knew it was broken and left it that way. Told my husband I was going back and he would not let me. We go to this one because my husband works down the street. Last time I was there, the employee was super sweet. Let’s see how the experience will be next time. Don’t like Karen’s, hopefully it won’t lead to that. This young generation need to learn customer service, management needs to coach them as well.

Coffee always tastes fresh and strong! Pricing wise, it's a little more than other coffee places, and the sizes are smaller, but the coffee tastes amazing! Totally worth it!

I was a huge Brevity fan and would go there all the time. I had multiple punch cards because I would never carry them with me and when I was ready to get free drinks they said they weren't valid anymore and changed their system. I still visited even though this was upsetting...
The other day I went and was trying to order a Red Bull drink and the employees said they didn't make them anymore. YET THEY STILL HAD ALL OF THEIR SIGNS ADVERTISING RED BULL DRINKS. Malibu Red Bull, nerds Red Bull etc..Now they only offer "Lotus" which obviously isn't the same thing. LOTUS isn't even on the menu. I will NEVER go to any Brevity again.

Brevity is my favorite place to get coffee! I frequent the De Zavala location and sometimes Huebner for my iced lavender latte and not only is the coffee amazing every time, the staff is always so friendly and genuine. Highly recommend!
First and last time trying this place! They got my entire order order wrong, food AND drink. On top of that the lady that took my order was pretty rude even after receiving a tip! Not worth going back!

My cousin has been raving about it Brevity for months. Today, we tried it out, and we’re not disappointed. The staff are very friendly and gave good recommendations. My girlfriend got the lavender vanilla oat milk latte iced and LOVED it. I got a peach lotus energy drink, which was pretty good. We’re excited to try more things on the menu.
