Brown Bag went above and beyond!!! There was a mix up with the delivery driver taking my order- so I quickly reordered and they happily remade my whole order and gave me an extra treat for waiting! Food was delicious- they have a peanut butter sheet cake that is to die for! The staff was so nice and accommodating over the phone- next time I want to go in person!!!!
Since my sandwich was listed as coming with bean sprouts and they didn’t have bean sprouts they replaced the beans sprouts with lettuce and red onion. For which they charged me an additional Three dollars. All in all, a sandwich along with a side of two stuffed jalapeño peppers cost me $18. Pretty much the worst value for money you could imagine in a lunch offering. - Since they refunded the over-charge for the veg, I have upped this rating.
Sandwiches were good. Our order took 45 minutes and everyone's food came out at different times. I had a turkey sandwich, I never got my side. Staff was friendly very apologetic. I guess they were having a bad day.
