Food and service is amazing it sucks they get you on tablet games for $2.15 which you can miss easily and sucks that they do this on veterans day. The waitress even apologized but couldnt wave it.

We have been coming here for years and have never been treated so poorly. Dined in with my family of 5 Saturday night and was served with hostility and accusations. Our waitress Ruby was hostile from the moment we sat down. Our son who is 21 ordered a drink for himself, as he always has here, but tonight, Ruby seemed to have a problem because he had a vertical ID. She confirmed that he was of legal age but because of “Bubbas ridiculous policy” (as she said) she has to follow and could not serve him. This is NOT backed by Texas law, this is restaurant policy, which we understood. We said this is the first time we are made aware of this but whatever, we let it go. I then decided to order the drink for myself. Ruby then accused and threatened me that if she sees my son take a drink that she will have to take it from my table. I decided not to be confrontational because we had our young boys with us. Not long after my drink was served , the restaurant manager Bayan comes to our table and accuses me of sharing my drink with my 21 year old son. She said she was told by “staff” that my drink was being passed around the table, but could not confirm that anyone saw him take a drink. Yes it was shared, it was shared between me and my husband who also had a drink. Never once did they see my son take a drink because he never did, he was disappointed after being refused a drink. I did get confrontational because I felt very disrespected to be accused of something that we did not do. I asked if they’re being watched and she said yes, corporate is watching. So maybe they can watch the cameras and see that he never took a drink. She offered NO apology, only accusations and hostility. I then requested that Ruby no longer serve us and she walked away without a word, nothing. We felt very discriminated and ridiculed. We should have walked out but decided to stay because surrounding restaurants were crowded. We ended the night with our server Nick who was absolutely wonderful, but will not be returning. Seems to explain why so many tables were empty on a Saturday night. I did email corporate but who knows if this will be addressed.
Not about their food which is fine, but how they treat their food service workers. They fire young people without notice and heartlessly. Multiple staff fights indicating a high level of stress. Eating this food is consuming bad vibes.

Food was good but it became cold due to temperature wise. Restaurant had the music extremely loud that the people 3 tables down had to talk loudly over the music. My husband went to use the bathroom and music was louder in the bathroom.

BEST BURGER IN THE AREA!! MAN THE FOOD WAS DELICIOUS. BURGER WAS VERY JUICY AND MELTED IN MY MOUTH AS SOON AS I BIT INTO IT. ALSO THE FRIES WERE GOOD AS WELL, SERVED HOT AND FRESH. GREAT FOOD AND GREAT SERVICE 👍

I recently visited to pick up a to go order. I was ahead of schedule, so there was still a lot of time until my order would be made. I asked Naysa if it could be made since I was here already. She went to ask about it and came back and told me it couldn't be done. I asked if I could cancel the order, with the intention of placing a new one. Naysa was patient with me and kindly explained she would need the manager to come and help with that. The store manager
Brady came over to speak with me. He was super supportive and friendly. He told me he would get my order started in the kitchen right away, no cancellation necessary. I even got a free soda while I waited. Another worker, Ryan, helped his coworkers figure out how to work the system in cases like mine and push and order to the kitchen. I was very impressed with everyone, and the food is delicious! Thank you for working with me and caring!

Sat at the bar and ordered takeout. Fish and chips and a pepperoni pizza. I loved the queso dip while sitting there. Pizza was the perfect bar pizza. But to take it home it felt oily and stiff. Fish and chips were good. Big fish pieces.

Tried going to the location today. Decided to try this location instead of the usual one on 410. Went online and checked in ahead of time. Got to the location and saw multiple empty tables. Host’s immediately sat us which was good, but then everything dropped. We sat, a table for two, and saw multiple tables get sat around us. Every table began being served, drinks, appetizers, and entrees were ordered all before someone even came up to us. Multiple servers watched us wait and no one helped until finally our server showed up and asked for our drinks after almost 15-20 minutes. We tried to give the benefit of the doubt, but after she took our appetizer order we watch her walk around, start helping new tables, and bring out THEIR stuff before us. Safe to say, we left. Super sad, never got food, and no one cared to ask us after watching us wait so long. I love bubbas on 410, so probably catch me there instead. Best of luck!

We come here once a month since it is close to family and my son likes the wings, however the service and food quality is not very consistent. The strawberry quinoa salad hasn’t come with quinoa or pecans for the last three months. We also have a service dog and have waited in the bar garage area for over 30 mins to get service multiple times and the tables are extremely dirty, the sanitation when they make mixed drinks is also concerning as they just dig their hands into the topping jars and never wash their hands or use gloves. This is not the case at other bubbas restaurants. The bar waitress has also complained about being the only one to serve the whole garage area with no help, leaving customers constantly waiting for refills and service. After our third bad experience, we will not be going back to this location.
