I can't begin to express the most delicious fish I've ever had in my life and my wife loved the largest chicken fried steak and our daughter loved the shrimp and fish also and I highly recommend this restaurant to everybody that is from San Antonio or just visiting and to the waiter Rick thanks for your great hospitality your patientence and your out most dignity and respect as waiter I hope I get a chance to see you again I think there should be more waiters like Mr Rick from Bud Jones Restaurant thankyou ❤️❤️❤️

It's a good place to have fun with family but sometimes the customer service isn't too great like the refill, checking on your customer, or even giving us the wrong food still. Only actual issue is that they automatically add a tip if there are more than 6 people at your table. Although a good place to eat and drink.

Must try the chicken fried steak, fried mushrooms, and coleslaw. Huge portions! Our waitress was very helpful, and the staff from seating to the register were welcoming and in a good mood. You can really tell the difference in each fried appetizer or meal. Some wouldn't think that makes a difference, but old oil can ruin a meal.

The service was really good, everyone on staff was very friendly. You can tell that have a "family vibe" going on. But the food was terrible. I have never had such dry chicken before...I'm so sorry to say it but it's true. My son didn't eat his food, everything was not good.

I had a really unpleasant dining experience last night. The restaurant was overcrowded, and the staff seemed overwhelmed and stressed out. The food took forever to arrive, and when it did, it was cold and not very tasty. The table was wobbly, and the chairs were uncomfortable. To make matters worse, the noise level was so high that I could barely hear myself think, let alone carry on a conversation with my dining partner. All in all, it was a disappointing experience, and I wouldn't recommend this restaurant to anyone.

How does the biggest CFS in San Antonio come with the smallest ice cream scoop of mashed potatoes Got the cfs man it is awesome thank the heavens it's so big cause it's gonna be the only thing u eat on the plate the mashed potatoes was the worst example of m.p. I have ever experienced and I think the o rings were almost half good but the CFS was amazing but the lack luster performance from the sides was so sad goind to see if I can just a la carte the CFS forgot to take a pic
