So many times i have ordered from this restaurant on Uber eats, and so many times they have let me down. Have to dip my wings in despair since they forgot my ranch and extra sauce.. have to wash it down with SINK WATER because they forgot my milk. Try to slow it down, and choose quality over quantity. i work too long of hours to eat any other way. I tip too well to be wondering why I can't get a single order right from you. It's a devastatingly terrible way to end a day.

She treated me and my parents with the upmost priority and was always on top of our drink refills (mainly mine because I drink my drinks very fast lol) and talked with us like we’ve known each other forever! I hope she hears about this review and knows we love and appreciate her!

First off, we were given a drink menu INSTEAD of a food menu when we were escorted to our table. Waited, waited, waited, we finally had to wave to get the attention of the watresses just standing around, waitress came over asked if we decided what we wanted to order...told her we needed a food menu. After a few more minutes she finally took our order. When we had finished our meal we were toltally ignored. Another waiting game until we waved down the hostess again. We could have walked out and they wouldn't have noticed, but we're not that kind.
I have never been so disrespected in my life. The host took us to our booth. We waited for 15 minutes without anyone approaching us to even greet us. So I tried getting any waitress attention. When I did, I was shocked to hear what was next. She told me she had to go figure out who was our waiter. EVERY SINGLE WAITER IN THE DINNING AREA NOTICED US. We sat right next to the fountain drink station. They didn't care about us and to top it all off three of them worked together to set up a big party. I guess there more worried about money than service. Save your time and go somewhere else because it was 830 and I dont get to eat out with my family like I planned all day because of the time.

I was actually quite surprised with my experience since I often hear negative things about this place. But my boyfriend and I had a great time. Our server Aly was phenomenal. She was welcoming, attentive, and fast. The food pretty good too, the fried pickled were our of this world. (Something with the batter makes it so yummy) anyway I just wanted to shout out my server Aly again, for making date night a great night.

Terrible place! Don’t go! Service terrible, the waitrsses were cruising around and not serving tables. Takes forever. Music super loud. It seems like you are in a club. It’s the first Buffalo Wild Wings that play music that loud. I will never come back. I don’t recommend, not to mention the filthy bathroom! 🚽

Had previously gone to the 151 location on the same night and we had to leave because service was terrible from the start. When we got to this location, we were greeted and sat pretty quickly. The only difference was that our server, Jasmine, had already told the hostess that she didn’t want to take our table, but probably didn’t see that I could tell her gestures to the hostess. She was very nice throughout our time at the table, but you could tell she didn’t want to be there and did not want to be our server. Very disappointed because this is the only BWW that is even worth going to on our side of town after the incident at 151, and the slow service at city base. Jasmine’s gestures to the hostess made us feel very unwelcome. I really hope it was just an off day, which is why I am reluctant to even give the 4 stars.

Had an awesome experience at this establishment! Lily was on point! She was everywhere, only one taking care of the bar area (high tables and outside) ALL by herself! Productive, competent and never had one negative reaction whatsoever! Highly recommend! We’re coming from the far west side of San Antonio, so we’ll still drive this far to have an awesome experience! Thank you!
