Ordered to go 30 minutes before I was set to pick it up. Got there and lady said they just started making it. It said only it would be ready in 20 minutes. What is the point of putting it online if I can't get it at my allotted time and I was 10 minutes over when I was set to pick it up.
Mind you its completely dead. One table being served. I have counted 8 different people coming in and out of thr back.
If you dont take pride in your job then go elsewhere.

Had a GREAT time watching the Texans game...the food was hot and fresh ...and even tried something new ( cauliflower wings ) pretty damn good.. The tap beer was ice cold AND the Texans won...Couldn't ask for better!!!

Typical BW set up, but the bone-in wings are mostly bone, boneless (nuggets) are tiny little gibblets now; food is bland & the sauces all taste bland. The service is good & it's decently dark inside, but I won't be coming back.

Had an online order where the fries were at a tempeture and in a state that shouldnt have been served. I poured my drinks and they were also bad and hope the machine has been cleaned. A little cockroach was seen near the soda machine and most likely wont be revisiting any time soon. Ive had visited good BWW establishments but this location needs to do better ASAP.

Place was filthy everywhere. Bathrooms were disgusting. We didn't eat, just had a drink and left at halftime. We asked for our game to be on and the manager said he had to show different games but there was nobody watching them and none of the games were local. He finally turned our game on two TVs. Couldn't see over of them it was so dark and the screen was all messed up for the other one. Terrible experience.

Tv weren't work right the day went so couldn't watch cfb game
One of my favorite wing places but this location the service took so long and my wings were unfortunately cold but look how good they looked! I did send them back and however, one of them servers came out and said we have to drop wings gonna take 10 minutes like seriously it took 45 minutes just to get the first order so I left after the 10 minutes, the wings didn’t come out! My son 17 I don’t even know if his burger was cold or not but he ate it lol
