Worst customer service I've ever received from any restaurant. On 04/07 my girlfriend and I went to this location for dinner and drinks. We requested to dine in and the hostess showed us to our table and sat us down. We waited around for over 20 minutes and no one ever showed up to take our order or even to offer us drinks while we wait. Several servers walked by but not one of them bothered to even ask if anyone was taking our order. They just walk by and ignore us. I finally asked one if the servers that walked by if she could help us. She said she would get someone to come over and take our order. After waiting 30 minutes we just got up and left. I have been to this place couple of times and this was the worst experience. They show total disregard for their clientele. I definitely will not recommend this place. I only give it one star because I have to. Otherwise I would give it no star at all.

We've given this company so much money over the years. This past Thursday I had placed an order on the app because I got an email about free chips and salsa when you spend over $16. I opted in and followed the prompts and thought that I had done it the right way. I get there and apparently I didn't. The lady at the front (who was very nice) asked to see my phone and even she couldn't figure it out on the app. She said "yeah our app is super confusing." I said "wellll can I just get the chips and salsa anyways I mean I did spend the correct amount I just couldn't figure out the app but neither could you lol" she went to ask and they said NO. I just chuckled, shook my head and walked out after I thanked the lady. She apologized and I said "it's not your fault." Do better BWW

Ordered delivery. Part of my order was missing. As for the rest, the traditional wings were absolutely the most overcooked, dry and CRUNCHY inedible things I've ever had - absolutely disgusting! 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Could not finish the meal even though we were hungry. Chicken wings were mostly batter and flavorless. The sauce was the savor of the somewhat cold boneless wings. There was an odor in the dining area, which needed cleaning. Although not busy, there was a 5 to 10 minute wait. Understafffed?

During the ABA Basketball Season I am here every Wednesday before home games with San Antonio's team, the Alamo City AllStars. Along with my friend DJ Lucky, the owners of the team, & sometimes Coach Johnny comes out to hang too. Coach Johnny used to play for the Spurs in the 80's. It's a Meet & Greet. So people are able to come out, meet the players, get pics with the players, & get autographs. This Buffalo Wild Wings location is the teams sponsors. I love the food there, I love the service, & the atmosphere is always great here! So I would definitely be back.

I ordered 2 Old Fashions. It wasn't until my check arrived that the server (Celeste) notified me that she entered them incorrectly. Apparently the bar made them as 'Doubles' (which they were clearly not), however they went ahead and charged me for 4! Yes, FOUR drinks. Then, when I tried to use a reward on their App, it didn't seem to work. The Manager (Carmen) was too busy to assist her or speak with me concerning my charges.No wonder the restaurant was empty on a Friday night.I would give 0 Stars if I could. I will certainly not be returning, but wanted to share this horrible experience.Beware if you choose to go to this location.

After reading all the reviews we almost didn’t go to eat here last night. But I’ll be honest, I had a gift card and decided what the heck.I used to go there a lot many years ago and it’s sad to see how rundown the place is.Our servers name was Savannah and she was phenomenal. She was quick to get our order, quick to bring us our drinks, and kept checking back on us.The food was decent but not something I think I would go back for.I didn’t catch the hostess name, but she was very sweet as well. If the owner plans to keep this location open, it really needs a facelift.
