Buffalo Wild Wings

Been waiting for someone to attend me for about 10 mins already. This has happened 3 times now, so i had to wright about it. They care more about the people at the bar than people picking up their order. My food is most likely cold now.

Server Dwayne tried to make it a good visit. Order was forgetting. Booth was dirty. Restroom was a mess. Took long to get the orders. My 10 yr old daughter complained about the service and rather had went to the better location across town. We both agreed not to come to this location again.

Waited an hour for my order & when I finally got it, it was cold. Server was rude & manager justified the wait saying they were busy showing no empathy. I've had better wings and service elsewhere. Definitely would not recommend this place.

Order through uber eats, they said my food was ready still waiting 45 minutes later. Manager said they ran out of wings, but there's no more than 30 people here. Poor management and service. Do not recommend this place to come and watch your games.

first time there for husband food was cold wrong sauces servered. wife cant have spicy and cooks sent her buffalo chicked wrap instead of original pulled chicken wrap. waitress first day and THE KITCHEN FAILED HER.

I should have read the reviews first. The wings were OK. But I ordered slaw and received salad that looked like it was made day before yesterday. The celery was brown at the edges as well. Very disappointing!.

We had to have an order delivered and we only eat flats. That's the only button I know, flats, plus the extra charge. We kept getting drums through Door Dash. Long story short, Buffalo Wild Wings and Doordash did EVERYTHING they had to do to make sure we got flats, despite the receipt saying drums. I never push drums, and with an MBA, I honestly know which button to push. I feel terrible because of all the chicken we have, and I just want to thank Buffalo Wild Wings for the exceptional service, as usual. I may forget my husband's name, heck, I may even forget my kid's name, but one thing I do REMEMBER is we don't do drums. Again, thank you, Buffalo Wild Wings. Awesome service as usual. 🥰🥰

Waited 15 min to be seated. Hostes was in a bad mood. She didnt want to do her job. Waited 30 min to get a waiter no one came along.I just walk out. If service was like that didnt want to take a chance in food.

Within the hour after I ate. The only meal I did eat. I threw up my food. I felt I had food poisoning. My stomach was in knots once it was all over I was relived.

Came in for a beer and some wings, sat at the bar and Alexis was great, she even got busy and still was able to keep up with a great service, I’ll definitely be back!!!!

When to the restaurant tonight and it stated off really because are writer had a burger in his nose we told him about it he decided to try to pick it out right then and there. Then we order are food I which he got it all wrong. Even though I felt sorry for knowing that his was a older man trying to make a living.....he really struggled with his job. So, who do I put my issue to the writer or the one who hire him.....FYI to my writer please be careful while you are at your job. Thank you!

Went in with my family got sat down waited for 20 mins and no servers ever came to tend to us. They just kept passing us up. It was not busy on our side there was maybe 3 tables occupied at most.

Went at about 1am on a Saturday. Our server was great and gave us deal recommendations. I ordered the Mac and cheese burger. It hit the spot after a night out.
