When grabbed me some lemon pepper wings and fries for lunch, both the fries and chicken was cold and hard. Horrible will nervous back to that lock again. Taste like they had given me the leftovers from last night’s overflow . Don’t have a picture to share I threw it away.

I went yesterday to pick up a mobile order that stated it would be ready at 7:30 but wasn’t ready until about 7:50pm, which we didn’t mind much. When I received the food, I assumed I left my phone on the counter or the bench I was sitting on because I couldn’t find it anywhere in my car or outside and the location still said it was inside. I went in and asked the lady at the register, which was on the phone, if she had gotten a phone which she just brushed me off and said no. My girlfriend went back inside to double check and asked the SAME girl said no she hadn’t seen the phone then said “hold on let me check” when I feel like that probably should’ve been done when I asked previously, literally less than 5 minutes later. My girlfriend said that what looked like the manager, brought the phone from the back from the back. I had seen him at least 2 times when I had first went to search for my phone. If I’m working and I find a phone, then see someone that just grabbed their order and left come back in and look for something, I would ask if there was any way I could help them. I think they could definitely work on using context clues and instead of putting a lost phone in the back where the cashier most likely won’t even look, advise them that it was lost. Just a lack of common sense and poor customer service.

Food was cold and they gave me 5 flats only and 25 drums… delivery driver was rude saying he didn’t know the apartment number and the manager said there was nothing he could do to fix my problem. Don’t order the Buffalo Wild Wings go trust me this is the second time

I don't know if I'll ever go back here again. My wife & I went here about 1:36pm. The place was not very busy. It took the staff 5 minutes to seat us. It took 10 minutes before they brought us drink menues. Once we ordered, it took nearly an hour for our food to arrive. It was crazy slow for a place that wasn't very friendly to begin with. Once we finished eating, I asked our waiter for our check. It took another 10 minutes before he brought it to us. I gave my credit card and he departed. 10 minutes later, he bri gs me my check and credit card. He placed it on the table, walks off, and didn't say a word to us. No Thank you for coming, no nothing! Our server was Antonio. We spent over 90 minutes at this restaurant which should have normally taken 45 at most. It was outrageous. I'm not sure we'll go back or not.

Lady here who did DoorDash order live straight to my face telling me it’s gonna be an extra 10 minutes when I’ve been waiting for almost 15 cause she said she barely got my order when I arrived at the store, but that made no sense cause I accepted the order even before I even was inside the store Can someone explain this to me?

I ordered chicken strips, fries, and 10 boneless wings. What I received was over cooked strips, small amounts of fries, and a bunch of pathetic excuses for wings. I also asked for extra sauce, which I did not receive. That's been a normal thing with B Doubs, so I've given up on that expectation a long time ago. Every time I order from that company, no matter the location, I end up frustrated and dissatisfied. You'd think I'd learn my lesson. I guess I'm a glutton for punishment as that seems to be the only reliable thing being served.
On a side note, if the owner posts the same message he or she has been responding with on other negative feedback reviews posted, I know that person truly does not care.

Very slow service, they may be nice but don't expect your food hot and ready, or within 30 min, expect to wait over an hour. They also leave tables dirty so they get less customers ??♀️

I visit this place regularly but past few visit we had bad experience. Drinks cups are very dirty, some green thing was dripping from the cup and when asked got reply to clean with tissue as its outside and gave reason saying its due to condensation. worst service ever.

Typical BWW food and service, but the atmosphere at this location is unbearable.
The music and television sound was so loud you couldn’t even understand what was being played.
Not to mention the permanent damaged to my ears, safe to say, never coming back to this BWW.
