This Buffalo Wild Wings has always been great in service and in food. However, tonight a young man that was in our group, did the challenge in hopes that he was going to receive what they offer if you complete the challenge. After it was all over and he did complete the challenge they said they had nothing they advertise nor did they take a picture etc. Definitely ask before taking them up on their offer!

A kitchen manager under the name Brian was rude and resist to help. He had an accusatory attitude towards my table and was hostile. He is very unprofessional. And made my experience really terrible. Would not be coming back. Wish I could do zero service and zero atmosphere.
Wings were OK. Hotdog fully dressed was OK. Onion rings were OK. Haven't been at B DUBS in ages. I've been at B DUBS in Lubbock and it was a great experience. I did enjoy the atmosphere and the sports going on. My beer was very cold so thumbs up for that. Wings were OK. I've made better Wings in my air fryer. Probably not going to make an effort to go back. This is starting to remind me of Applebee's on Bandera @ 1604. Mediocrity appears to be the norm.

Overall horrible service, food was good after waiting a whole hour. Corporate if you see this send more secret shoppers because this is ridiculous

This was a refreshing place to eat wings & watch games, with a variety of TVs all over. Cindy was an excellent friendly server (the other staff were friendly also) & I had nearly zero wait time. The food was hot, fast & fresh. Highly recommend.
