So I don't like to leave reviews like this usually. However here I am. We went with a large group to celebrate a birthday. We are not rude, nor are we unaware of the struggles of a large group coming in. Our waitress got our drink orders as promptly as she could? The draft beers came out in ones and twos same with the non alcoholic drinks. Food order went in. Now she didn't get my daughters order and said "well usually parents order for their kids" my daughter is 13 and I honestly figured my daughter was talking with her cousins and was distracted. But then the food came out one or two dishes at a time and many were wrong or often cold... The final plate came out when she was picking up the dishes. This honestly this seems to be a kitchen issue. But regardless. However the problem with the server came with her slamming plates down and rolling her eyes and glaring around. We didn't raise a ruckus and we're perfectly chill. The restaurant was not busy and we weren't running her for drinks or anything like that. The food was pretty good when it wasn't ice cold.

The place is a sausage fest, so I usually just do take-out. They have a lot of good varieties of wing flavors.
Burger was under cooked with no flavor. The cheese was hard around the edges. The hitting sauce was gooey and tasted like they had been sitting . We had to get our own regular from the bar because there was literally NO staff members on the floor for a while. Bathrooms were nasty.

Came here with a few friends the other night as a late night dinner. The server was really attentive and nice. I ordered their new burger called the Bacon Mac N Cheese. When I tel y’all, it was so amazing!! It was definitely a hard burger to bite into cause it was loaded with meat patties, thick bacon and macaroni; but the flavors tie in so well together. I definitely recommend trying that dish!

We got there for the first time…wow, what a mistake. Please avoid the place at all cost. Even if you are hungry… makes the sacrifice and keep driving to a high quality place. I know being a waitress is a hard job, but come on, we got really bad service. Then, we talked to the manager after waiting 30 minutes for our drinks…. Not a single apology… really regret going there. Food didn’t feel fresh… and they gave us the wrong things after 35 minutes wait (this is on top of the previous 30min). Please read other reviews to confirm!!! Good luck.

Nasty place, very dirty. They sat us down at a dirty table. We cleaned it ourselves with Clorox wipes . Went to wash hands and couldn't believe how dirty restrooIwas. I would of left but my company wanted wings. I willdefinitelynever come back. The employees are indifferent. No customerservice but want that tip. .

Got seated down just to be forgotten about and unserviced, while everyone else coming in after gets orders taken, 3pm sat Jan 4
First, let's start with the service. If you could call it that! No napkins, no silverware, no refills, etc Second, food.... The health department will be getting a report about the slimy, brown celery I was served. After that, I wasn't touching any other food. (Litterally touching because we still no NO silverware!) Lastly, management. Let's just say. .I now know why the place is the way it is. He agreed that the celery should not have been served. Other than that, he couldn't be bothered, but just to tell us, we didn't have to pay .... Thank God because I wasn't paying or eating anyway 😅 DONT GO!

This is worst restaurant I’ve ever been to. Service and food is just horrible. They will not tend to you right away, you wait over 30 minutes for your food regardless if they aren’t busy. Food ALWAYS come out cold. Never fails, every time we go to this specific location, everything is just bad! We went yesterday, 12/28/24, & was never acknowledged so we left. I will never go to this location ever again & will not recommend this location to anyone that lives near here. Might as well go to Cane’s a few steps away.
