It's a good place to eat a better place to watch sporting events I always enjoy coming here I've been coming here for years with my friends. The service is so good that Shaquille O'Neal himself actually came in here with his family they had a good time if that's not saying anything that I don't know what will. It’s BWW. You know what you’re getting when you come here. Normally the boneless wings have too much breading, so I decided to get a spicy sandwich with mild sauce and tator tots. I will now only get that sandwich. It is probably one of the best things on the menu. The wings are unpredictable with how much sauce you get or don’t get. Went at 5 pm on a Saturday night, there was 10% of the tables filled and the rest were open…. So not very busy, but the service was mediocre. I would go back, but would hope the service would improve.

I love this place. Been coming here for over a decade. My only issue is, I like going to juke box and playing some music. But when they have fights on, like just now 03/09/2024, they will cut off music. So I lose out on my money. Yea it's a few bucks but if I were to pay for 10 wings and they only give 5 I'd feel the necessity to say something. Especially since it's happened about 4-5 times. I get it, jukebox belongs to another company but it is ur restaurant. If u wanna have a cutoff time, great do that. But if I pay for 10 songs, I expect 10 songs. Otherwise get rid of it or figure how to monitor if customers have paid for the service.

Imagine: you crave some wings so you go to the closest Buffalo Wild Wings… you walk in and no one at the host stand is there to greet you. The hostess finally shows up and barely looks you in the eye and says, “for 2?” You are then seated and take a gander at the menu for about hmm 15 minutes without a waiter coming over to greet us or ask if we wanted any drinks. We resort to ordering in our phones and finally, a waitress comes over to get our order. You then wait another 15 minutes for your food to arrive, only for it to be wrong… gasp! The waitress was kind enough to apologize and fix the order quickly… you get a gold star! During dinner, you can’t help but notice the atmosphere. The older man seated near you is shaking his empty drink loudly. Trying to get the attention of a waiter to refill his drink because the service sucks. Additionally, you notice how dark the place is! A family in the corner was even using their flashlight on their phone… oh geez! Furthermore, there was a family celebrating a birthday dinner next to us… how sweet! But what is sour is a woman from that table had to get up and go to the bar to order her drinks instead… because the service… you guessed it! SUCKED! Anyways, just go somewhere else! Or make wings at home #savemoney #whywasitsodarkinthere? Btw: it was not busy at all

Food was cold, barely any sauce on the food, nothing was fresh, a weird man randomly set with my family and I, I reported him to the manager and the manager never done nothing, so I went from dining in to take out and that still took another 45 min, horrible experience ?
Honestly I don’t get how there’s so many bad reviews. Every time we’ve been here we’ve been greet with a friendly smile and waited on fairly quickly considering there’s only one bartender most of the time. Brandi is phenomenal at her job, she deserves a raise! she’s even memorized our order and it’s not like we come that often either. Overall a good experience every time thanks to Brandi !

The flavor was great, BUT... I ordered flats (paid extra) I received tips and flats. I didn't even think restaurants gave you wing tips anymore because they're useless. The boneless wings ordered were smallest I've ever seen from a restaurant. The celery stalks were rotting on the ends and one even had a soft rotted part in the side.

I had not been to this location in a few years because the last visit was a poor experience. My son and I tried it, his first time, and it was marginal. The server was in training and I was served the wrong plate. That was corrected, no problem. I had the Nashville chicken sandwich which was tasty, but it was served on a cold bun. My son had a chicken wrap which he said had little taste. We spiced it up with some hot sauce. This place still needs improvement.We also had the cheese curds with dipping sauce and some potato wedges. Those were good. Eat well!

They do not even deserve 1 star. I ordered food here and they got my entire order wrong and when I called to speak with “Marco” the manager he was extremely unprofessional and extremely rude. He argued with me about the order saying it was not wrong when it was in fact not even close to what I had ordered. He was extremely disrespectful over the phone and it was clear he only cared about closing and heading home. I would have liked a full refund on my order or maybe the correct food but all he could offer was a $6 refund for it all which is equivalent to a slap on the face. I cannot stress it enough how rude and unprofessional the manager was and was certainly not the kind of person you want running the store or business. Do better buffalo wild wings! I loved eating there as a child but this experience makes me never want to eat at BWW again!

The front staff were very rude, we waited for 10 minutes and one lovely girl walking by with a full tray said "we'll be right with you" while the two up front were flirting with some guy selling cookies, and then when we got our food finally after I had to interrupt they seemed shocked that I dared to do so, she looked confused and another girl came and got our food and they forgot our sauce so when we went back and they were on their cell phones and chit chatting, they looked up at us and went back to their cell phone. Finally someone got us our sauce and we left. Overall very unprofessional and disrespectful theyre managers need to clean it up.
